When my beloved cat Tyson passed away I contacted West Wickham Vets and I spoke to a really lovely lady called Jo. Jo was compassionate and caring and was very kind and considerate when dealing with having Tyson booked in for a cremation. Jo completed the whole process, all over the phone so it wasnt distressing for me and greeted me at the door when I took my Tyson there to be cremated. When it was time to collect Tyson they made a little keepsake bag with paw prints and a lock of hair for me to keep with Tysons ashes. The staff here surely do go above and beyond for any pets that come in and out of their vets and treat them as they are their own. I highly recommend this vets.

Took my elderly cat in for an ear inflammation and the vet took the time to do a full body examination, which many vets don't take the time do if you are visiting for a specific condition. Dr Elizabeth looked at Pop's teeth, skin, eyes, heart and during a body examination noticed some abnormalities in his abdomen. This early discovery has really helped as if left untreated could have been fatal. They were really clear on pricing for additional testing, treatments and were great value for all the work they did to diagnose the abdominal inflammation. And they cured his ear. All the staff were great and super helpful.

Outstanding service and truly caring staff. I can’t thank this vet practice enough for the incredible care they gave my dog, Iga. She was treated for an ear infection and seizures, and the team was calm, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the whole process. The staff were compassionate, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the animals they treat. Iga was in excellent hands, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care.

The West Wickham Veterinary Centre is always welcoming. The team is professional and ready to help. We had to say goodbye to our Sean, and they help us through it with great sympathy and compassion. Our other dog, Belle, suffered a back injury and was seen within 10 minutes of our arrival (we even arrived before they opened). Great service from the whole team and a very professional vet. Thank you!

I went there a couple weeks ago for a free dental for my dog and wasn’t expecting the first question to be “is she spayed “ and to be told /pushed to spay my dog. Then to forced to pay for an xray because her jaw is small otherwise they can’t go forward with the dental (xray not included in their price ). The vet also mentioned that they don’t have a X-ray (such a big company who has different branches in Surrey ) .she was seen by another vet and they said that she didn't need one not only that but I wasn’t pressured to spay my dog. Thats the thing with these big money making corporation they only care about profit not the clients or animals . I WONT BE USING THIS VET AGAIN!
