Our dog initially was anxious, but soon calmed down so vet could do his annual check and give his vaccines & kennel cough good job to the vet!

We have had a previous chihuahua here and unfortunately he passed from throat cancer but they helped us with his care and even tho the outcome wasn’t what we wanted they were very understanding and we felt at ease with them. They did all they could but we called it at the end as wasn’t kind. We now have two more chihuahuas which were there but we have now moved due to wanting a place nearer which wasn’t an easy decision as for us there service is excellent, front desk is exceptional also. Very friendly and polite and always been hugely helpful. Upset to leave but the distance is now an issue so we had no choice. I would always highly recommend here and I wish we could have stayed as we feel relaxed here and the dogs do too. Keep up the exceptional work guys….

Absolutely lovely vet my indoor cat was very relaxed and happy to have her treatment her second visit since about 2013..and was very comfortable..well done to the staff 😀

My cats had their annual check-up and vaccinations this morning. They were seen promptly and the service was friendly and professional as always. I was pleased to be told that my female cat didn't need to have her teeth cleaned and x-rayed after all (unlike her brother last year). It's good to know I'm not being encouraged to have costly and unnecessary treatment for my cats.

As ever we had a very positive experience at this veterinary practice. Our 13 year old Staffie Cross needed an urgent operation on his ear to deal with a stubborn haematoma. The staff are wonderfully supportive of us, by explaining all our options and and the risks with the procedures. We've been with them for the last 12 years and are thoroughly pleased with the service.

We recently joined this vet for our cat. We needed to find a vet closer to home which is possible to get to by tram or bus, but also had the option of parking close by. We were very happy with the friendly and professional staff. They were supportive and informative right from when we first made contact over the phone, and again when visiting. The reception and examination rooms were very clean. I felt our cat was very calm throughout and we left happy customers.

Took my little pusscat here with a smelly ear problem. Spent around thousand pounds for various lotions potions and pills and he still has an ear problem. I felt like it was all about the profit and with no regard to the animal. No mention of cost until you get to the front desk. We mentioned about costings I was charged £48.00 for some tablets ( cost 5p each online ) for the vet to say oh I didn't think they would work . A horrible experience.
