I was with Medivet with a previous cat for three years and they served me well, now I got a new kitten and I'm getting all his vaccinations/neutering etc from Medivet. So far so good!

We had such a wonderful experience at Medivet! The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and caring throughout the visit. They made sure my little puppy, Koi, felt safe and comfortable during his first visit and vaccination, which meant so much to me. I’m extremely thankful for the lovely care and for making Koi’s first experience such an enjoyable one. Highly recommend!

Seen on time for our appointment. The vet on call was thorough and very good with my slightly grumpy cat. She explained everything clearly. I was reassured by the visit. The member of staff at the desk was, as always, very helpful and pleasant.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional from Medivet Croydon. The reception was very friendly on arrival, and the vet listened, and was empathetic to my concerns, they examined my cat thoroughly, and treated my pet with care. They advised me well and explained things in a very thorough and easy to understand manner. The waiting room was small and intimate, which created a nice, clean, and calm atmosphere. Thank you

I love the place . The receptionist Clair was brilliant , very calm and good listener. The vet Nicole was very professional. My dog was a bit anxious, but Nicole was calm and faster to deal with her . We waited for an half hour before they see us . But it was worth it . I would recommend 🙂

Lovely vets, all staff really caring and friendly. Always helpful when I randomly call them for advice on my fur babies health. Been with them for about 10 years now wouldn't go anywhere else now.

The staff make this place more than a veterinary practice. You can feel their love and dedication that develops into trust. I know Theodore is in super safe hands whenever he needs to go to see his good friends Claire and Jo and last visit he made a new friend Marco (the staff at Medivet Croydon). They are not about the money, they are totally about providing the best care for your fur baby. Thanks guys Xxx❤️🥰🐶🐕🐱🐈‍⬛🐈

While they are perfectly capable of doing regular checkups and vaccines, we have sadly been severely let down with how they have approached managing a long-term condition. During an emergency situation, the Croydon vet recommended we take our cat to the 24-hour Beckenham surgery straight away, but after they phoned Beckenham to make that referral, that option was taken off the table, rejecting treating him directly in Beckenham and increasing the cost. Our cat has a chronic condition. After a severe flare up, one of the veterinarians recommended long-term preventative medication, for which there were apparently several options. We made an appointment to discuss next steps for this. However, at the appointment, the lead veterinarian we saw was unaware of such preventative methods. When we explained that preventative medication had been suggested to us by their colleague, they only offered to prescribe anti-inflammatory medication, but offered nothing in terms of a long-term plan. They were not willing to research further, nor get a second opinion, and so we left without any advice for how to proceed. They also upsell. Without informing us why, they suddenly changed the version of the medicine they were dispensing. Instead of a more affordable non-flavoured version, we were given a flavoured version that was three times the cost. All of this feedback has already been shared with the practice.
