Had a very helpful experience today with my stepdads cat Daisy. The vet who assisted my partner on the visit with Daisy on behalf of my stepdad, was very helpful and took care of our daisy for her 3 month routine check up with clipping her claws and advising on daisys weight. The vet assisted daisy who turned out to have very matted hair underneath her tail that had to be shaved due to her very long fluffy tail getting caught when she goes to the toilet. The vet also administered daisy's 3month flee and worming treatment on the visit to help my stepdad when her monthly treatment is normally due. Great service, thank you Jenny

We was recommended to come to this place! As we have had a pedigree cat visiting us for literally 4-5 weeks at 5.00 in the morning to 12.00 at night all hours in all this pouring rain. We have been feeding he/she aswell. We believe the cat has had some factuation with Our 17 year old mancoone boy. She/he has been sleeping in our shed which has throws and blankets which is for our cat for the last 3 nights. So we decided to see if he/She was chipped. We were treated by the receptionist and vet as though we were cat thieves. The vet came out and said the cat is chipped and the owner was contacted. Apparently he was in a right flap. I suggest he looks after his cat better! No thanks nothing from the owner or the vets. And when we asked for our boys basket back. They said " Oh is it yours". And when we asked what breed and gender it was she replied in an abrupt manner " I haven't got that far yet". No but you got far enough to ring the owner. Disgusting vets and receptionist. Do not take your pet family members to this practice!!!.

Fantastic team and service! Highly efficient, professional, flexible and KIND! The team went over and above when detailing that personal affairs were impacting my monthly subscription. The response really warmed my heart. Special thanks to Nicole regarding this. Too often you just feel like a number and a price tag for such services, but I can say whole heartedly the team and service here is full of genuine care - to both our beloved pets and their human customers. I highly recommend this practice. Both my Milky and Yahyah have attended on many occasions and we have always left very happy. Thank you team - you all are amazing!

I have been taking both my dogs to Croydon vets since they were puppies. Vet choice is very important to me, their interaction and care for my fur kids is vital, as is my dogs acceptance of the vet in order to build trust with the two most precious things in my life, and to gain my trust to treat them. My regular vet had left on maternity leave so I now had to see someone new. In December 2025 my German shepherd needed treatment and my English Springer Spaniel needed a consultation. This is where met Delphi for the first time. From the moment I met her I found her so friendly and knowledgeable, but also displayed so much kindness and affection to my two babies that she instantly broke down any barriers. She diagnosed and treated my big boy with fantastic results within days. During the second consultation and thorough examination of my springer a plan of action for surgery was made to remove five lumps that grown, one in particular being extremely large. Delphi was fully transparent, knowledgeable and whilst disclosing risks was supremely confident of the result, which was fantastic as I was extremely worried, particularly as my springer was now 11 years old. The surgery was performed 14th January '26 and was a complete success. Knowing how worried I was Delphi even personally rang me after the surgery to put my mind at rest. Two weeks on and my little girl has healed so well, even during those two weeks with post surgery consultations and telephone conversations I was left with no fears or concerns, just great care and reassurance. With all my heart I would like to thank Delphi for all her loving care of my fur kids, and would like to extend my absolute gratitude to Wendy, Nicole, Amy, Shanna and all the team for their aftercare, telephone assistance, help with insurance claims and advice. The level of care my kids have received has once again been second to none. THANK YOU ALL!

Took my kitten to see the vet for the first time today and all I can say is… WOW! All staff were very friendly and welcoming and clearly all have a love for all animals! They put me and my pet at ease and the treatment my kitten received was second to none! I will be recommending these guys to everyone! Thanks so much for looking after Graham so well! ✨🤍
