Paxton Veterinary Clinics - Clifton Road

I just changed to Paxton having been with a different local vet clinic for years, and I wish I did it sooner! All staff is friendly, welcoming and thorough. My super shy cat, who doesn't want to be touched by anyone but myself and my partner, left the clinic wanting more pets from the vet, and that's never happened before. That's how good the experience was! ❤️ Thank you Emily, Hannah, and Rachel for taking care of us today!

Rachel our vet for Leo(cat ) is gentle and patient. Leo seems to like her and is always on his best behaviour. She is knowledgeable and gives us good advice. I recommend Paxton’s because they genuinely love our pets from reception to Vets. I strongly recommend

My mature cat requires critical dental treatment. This was discovered at her annual jabs and health check. The vets have been brilliant at managing her care leading up to surgery via pain relief. Louisa, the practice manager, has been absolutely invaluable in terms of sourcing dental surgery via a specialist dental practice given Maisy’s age, and the fact that she was very poorly last year due to an infection, which the vets managed to treat very effectively, thereby saving her life. Louisa has taken on responsibility for liaising with insurers and progressing the specialist dental surgery, which proved to be no easy matter as there are waiting lists at some special centres. Not only has Louisa supported Maisy to obtain a date for the treatment she desperately needs, but she has also supported me through this progress. I really can’t thank her enough for her time and commitment, and going above and beyond.

Always helpful and friendly staff. Joe the vet took great care of our cat and Louisa helped push the claim through in record time. Thanks all!

All the Staff are always friendly, helpful, and, if needs be, sympathetic. You can see how much they care for the pets they handle, always gentle & at the same time professional. They explain everything to our clearly.

I just want to say a big thank you to the vet who saw fetty today! My dog was really scared and nervous to return to a new vets as she has had bad experiences at prior ones he was clam with fetty and fully understanding of her become very scared and trying to protect herself yet still trying to be loving he could see this from the start!! Tried his best to make her happy and didnt keep pushing her we decided to go with a medication that should clam her and make her relaxed to be seen the next day i also was not charged for the initial appointment just the medication so this vets is 100% not just about money! They seem to care more than enough for animals and i cant wait to have them as my regular vets! Thank you again so much for the fast registering and the same day appointment!

An amazing service, with dedicated and caring staff. I have been with them for 7 years. I cannot fault this vet! A big thanks to Adam and Pru who between them have looked after my cats with professionalism and tenderness. Thank you ❤️
