Wonderful vet practice. The reception team are incredibly helpful and friendly, and Orla is an Amazing vet. She’s looked after our guinea pigs and is kind, incredibly committed to providing the best care for them, and has never tried to upsell us with a treatment we didn’t need. Really recommend this practice.

We have been so impressed with Neighbourhood Vets in Penge. From the moment we walked in, the whole team made us feel welcome and cared for, and they have been absolutely brilliant in looking after our lovely lurcher. Emma, in particular, has been outstanding — so kind, caring and professional, and she took the time to make sure both we and our dog felt completely at ease. It’s such a comfort to know our beloved dog was in safe and capable hands to the end, with people who clearly love what they do. The communication has been excellent, the advice always clear and thoughtful, and the level of care second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neighbourhood Vets to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate and professional veterinary practice.

I cannot thank Orla and the vets enough for their exceptional support during what was a very emotional time for us. Although we sadly lost Wilfi, their kindness, understanding, and dedication shone through every step of the process. Orla went above and beyond, sacrificing her day to ensure Wilfi received the care he needed and that we had the opportunity to see him before he passed, which meant the world to us. The effort they made and the quality of service they provided was truly remarkable, making a difficult experience more bearable through their compassion and professionalism. I rang today as I’m dog was in a lot of pain…. Nadia was amazing so helpful and kind. They manage to get the grass seed out of Rio ear ……. Nadia was so attentive the vet I think was Daniel was lovely to. You can get nervous when going to the vets because you worry will they say you need stuff that you don’t etc, but wasn’t the case here at all didn’t feel rushed took there time talked me through foods etc for Rio. Definitely my vets now. Nadia thank you again you was brilliant
