The staff are always so lovely and welcoming, and really great with the animals. The vets take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and give helpful advice, so I always feel reassured after visits. After a bad experience elsewhere, I’m genuinely really happy I found this practice.

We have received really fantastic care from Tilly and the team at NVCP. Our cat has been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and the support and care given has been brilliant. Tilly met her needs and was compassionate and thoughtful in helping us secure a diagnosis and deciding on treatment. Thank you!

I would recommend the Neighbourhood Vet to anyone. the staff are all truly wonderful; the reception team are helpful and kind and the vets are so lovely! their advice is honest and unbiased and they will discuss all options with you. my puppy absolutely loves coming here (weirdly) because of all the treats and attention he gets, which is a big relief!

Alice was fantastic, I could not fault her at all. Her knowledge is incredible, from the beginning she explained to me what’s going to happen, the possibilities of her illness, the cost and the best step forward. Alice isn’t someone who just works there, she takes pride in her work and this really shows. I was in such a panic when I first got there but speaking with Alice immediately put me at ease, her knowledge was great and she has such a caring personality . Thank you Alice & the reception team. Millie sending you all endless kisses till next time xx

Lovely over the phone. Friendly in person. Professional and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. Only one person allowed in per household with the pet, anyone else will need to wait outside. They are one of a group of three vets in South London. Recommend.

For anything serious that isn't obvious I would recommend you to go to the Dulwich branch or somewhere else entirely. They couldn't diagnose my dog correctly and after 2 referrals I got the correct diagnosis which is very common in the breed (even though they couldn't figure it out), but it was too late so I'm having to put her down now

Absolutely useless took my cat in for flea treatment and the lady just combed him for like 5minutes and said there’s nothing there and gave him steroids and medication which done absolutely nothing and that cost £125.

Absolutely disgusting. Charged a fortune for a bodged up procedure on our cat and now we have to have the same treatment from another vet who will do it properly. Wouldn't recommend taking your pets here if you want your pets chances of recovery to be high..stay clear. Management is an absolute joke as well.
