Highly recommend this practice. I've been with them for 6 years now and have stayed with them even after moving out of the area. They have performed surgeries and many informative diagnosis on both my cat and dog. I feel very lucky to have complete faith and trust specifically in my vet Inga. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful.

What stands out most is how much Indiana genuinely loves coming in—he’s always excited to see the staff and vets, which says everything about the warmth and care they show. Adam and Inga have been fantastic in guiding us through every step, from finding the right behaviourist to managing his ongoing treatment and keeping up with vaccinations and boosters. They’ve also made dealing with our insurance incredibly smooth and stress-free, which has been a huge help. We always feel well-informed and supported, with clear, expert advice on how to give Indy the best possible quality of life. This is a wonderful practice with kind and caring vets. I have had really great care from all of the vets here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Costs are upfront and the vets will also give advice over the phone which is really helpful. Adam especially is amazing with my cats and they both love visiting him as he’s so good with them! The recent refurb has really upgraded the place, too.

I can’t recommend this vet (specially Adam) highly enough. He treated my 13-year-old husky with such genuine care, patience, and kindness. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humour, which really helped put us at ease. My dog is was always extremely nervous at the vets, but he handled him so calmly and compassionately, and even managed to make us laugh during what could have been a stressful visit. It was very clear that he genuinely cares about animals and enjoys his job, not just about making money. If I ever get another animal in the future, I would 100% try to find him again to be our vet. I’d also happily recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Took my Welsh Terrier for its six monthly check up. Everyone was so kind and was seen at the appointed time. The vet was very informative and listened to my concerns. Definitely satisfied with my visit.
