I cannot praise the team highly enough. We came in late on Friday as an emergency with our dog. That evening he was diagnosed with serious issue with fluid build up around his heart, which was successfully dealt with in early hours of the morning. When it happened again two days later, the team dealt with it quickly. We are relieved and pleased to be so close to such a skilled facility. Our best friend is now receiving his chemotherapy treatment here. Everyone we have dealt with have been very professional and supportive it what is a difficult time for a pet owner. The vets are clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. Special thanks to Louie, Ricardo and all the nursing and reception team.

Really clean facility with friendly staff who made me and my guinea pig feel comfortable. The vet was quite knowledgeable and tried to ensure i was aware of all the possible conditions my guinea pig could be experiencing. They were patient and my guinea pig appeared to be relaxed and happy while receiving treatment

Called Medivet first thing this morning as my dog was in pain after pulling a muscle, they were fully booked but managed to offer me an appointment for 10:45 - all other vets I called didn’t have any appointments until at least tomorrow. The vet and student vet that we saw were very friendly and caring, they explained everything to me fully, answered all my questions and even picked up on a heart murmur that the vet she was previously registered at hadn’t noticed in the two years that she had been going there. Will definitely be switching to Medivet, they are a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for and I know I can definitely trust them with her care.

Excellent, everything you want from a surgery. They care about your pets and have a highly skilled team on hand. Parking is terrible but it's worth the hassle for the skill level. Medivet should give the team a whole new top of the range facility, they are a flagship practice.

So grateful for Medivet Camberwell 24 hours. I went there 3 times in the past few days, both at 230am and in the daytime, and all 3 vets I saw were so caring & assuring. The receptionists mostly were so kind too, they love dogs. I felt Medivet go the extra mile as well, to listen and patiently demonstrate how to carry the dog etc. Will highly recommend.

I was advised to bring my dog here by my usual vets for an emergency situation. Throughout the few appointments my dog had with this practice, pricing wasn’t clear and weirdly when I queried bills, things were removed. Treatment and medication for my dog wasn’t properly explained to me by the vets. My dog was being treated for heart failure and on his final day had to be rushed in due to collapsing at home. When speaking with the vet he didn’t think the collapsing was a big deal, ran some tests and I took my dog home. Five minutes after leaving the vets my dog died in the back of my car. On arrival back to the vets with my now dead dog, staff made comments such as “your dog had heart failure what did you expect”. I have raised this as a complaint with the practice (the vet who I had been dealing with is also the Branch partner and who responded to my complaint) and the response received back didn’t address half of the things I had raised and more focused on what treatment was given to my dog, which I didn’t actually complain about… I was also told in emergency situations pricing isn’t always able to be discussed prior, which may be justifiable in a situation like a road traffic accident, but I do not agree with this in my case. Please spend your money with an independent veterinary practice and not here. Also just to add, I witnessed countless customers receiving rude and dismissive communication from the reception staff and can see how many other reviews have also mentioned this.

Absolutely horrible! Had an appointment today was a couple minutes late and I called them to let them know this - to my shock they refused to look at my dog esp since I did wait a week to be seen after telling them the issue is quiet urgent. As a healthcare provider this is absolutely disgusting especially when I have waited 45mins or longer to be seen before. Please choose another vet or branch if you genuinely want to have a healthcare provider that cares about your little one
