Was quiet shocked at poor level of customer service, reception always miserable even when I only go in to give & donate food. I recently wanted to home a cat the cat kennel volunteers were wonderful but after 2 weeks waiting for a basic call or even a time for a home visit I only live 2 streets away, I called the office only to be told ‘ The homing people are inundated with email requests from people like you ‘ I was so shocked, we went to another animal rescue org who gave us respect & delighted to have someone to take away 2 cats 🐯 .

Lovely and helpful team. For us the process was quick and they gave us all the help we needed. They were really friendly and knowledgeable. We managed to adopt 2 cats and they are settling in well.

Thought of balancing the review score a bit - this is a charity and a lot of staff might be volunteers if I was correct. The service we received is not real top notch but again this is not a 5-star hotel or luxury Michelin restaurant whatnot. We thought we have definitely got what we paid for and only wish there could be a little flexibility when we would have loved to picked up our cat earlier after her ops. Would still recommend and use for other cats at home.

Experience overall very pleasant and highly recommend . My little lady was looked after very well with frequent updates on her surgery and recovery throughout the time she was with in their care after being neutered. Very much appreciated thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heartfelt Thanks to Celia Hammond Animal Trust I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at Celia Hammond for the care and compassion they showed towards my cat, Buubi. She recently had surgery, and throughout the entire process, the staff were absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They treated Buubi with so much love and patience, making sure she was comfortable and well looked after every step of the way. They also kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind during a very stressful time. Thanks to their dedication and kindness, Buubi is recovering beautifully and doing so much better. I’ll always be grateful for the wonderful service, support, and care we received. Celia Hammond truly makes a difference, and I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us. With heartfelt appreciation, Andrea (and Buubi) 💕🐾

Absolutely lovely place. First, you contact them, and they set up a visit with you, and a volunteer comes over to your home and talks you through owning a rescue cat. They give you lots of useful advice. Then they match a cats to you. We saw 6 all together and took home 2. They care for them best they can with the resources they have. We gave them a donation for both cats they asked for £80 per cat, but we gave them a bit more as they are a charity, and if you can give them more money, you should. They also give you a month's insurance cover for free, and they are neutered and microchipped, so you don't need to worry about doing that. We bought them back for their second jab, and their pricing was very reasonable. We love our kitties
