Today we visited the vet with our new puppy! Abbie was so warm & welcoming, she greeted our pup by name ♥️. Vanessa who was equally as lovely & sweet & helped with paperwork. We met the vet Rami who fell in love with him… he gave great advice and answered all questions we had. He was vaccinated & chipped and got free toys & treats…. Definitely recommend. Thank you ALL!!!!

My cats Pablo and Queen attended Parish Lane Vet surgery for their annual vaccinations. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The vets I’ve seen were both very warm and kind, and made a lovely fuss of the felines which made them feel very special. Very good experience.

We do not visit the vets often, but called up after our cat got in a scrap and wasn't eating. I was relieved to speak to someone who cared, and grateful to get a same day appointment. The receptionist was so lovely and made us all feel relaxed and looked after. We were seen on time by the vet, who treated our cat with care. He checked him over and talked us through treatment options, and made sure we were happy with how to administer the medicine. We booked a follow up appointment to check progress. We left feeling happy with the visit, and confident our cat would be ok. We would recommend this vets practice to a friend.

Thank you to Parish Lane Vets for being so welcoming to our new puppy. We called ahead to ask a couple of questions which they happily answered. Our first check up went so well and our puppy felt very calm when meeting Vanessa and getting checked over by Randa. Thanks again for being so kind, helpful and friendly

I came here a few months ago after a bad experience at a previous vets - where my dog was going through a prolonged diagnosis and I was passed from pillar to post. So it gave me a lot of comfort as soon as my dog was seen by Rami. He was very thorough, showed so much care and empathy and really took the time to talk me through all options and ensure I understood everything. We’ve now seen him several times and each time has been the same positive experience. It makes such a difference to be able to return to the same vet, and build a relationship where they understand your dog’s history and needs. Would highly recommend if you want a vet who is knowledgeable, caring and who actually likes dogs. And hats off to Vanessa on reception too, who always provides a warm welcome. The waiting area could do with some TLC and a lick of paint - but you can’t have everything :-)

Had Izzi our 12 month cockapoo neutered, staff were very helpful and professional, just had 3 day follow up with the new VET Alex who was very friendly and professional. Put us at ease, all gone well, would recommend if anyone is looking for a good Vet.
