I found a stray kitten (Coco) and needed help urgently. This was the only vet practice that was able to see us so quickly on the same day, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and reassuring from the moment I called. The vet was also wonderful, calm and caring throughout the appointment. The kitten was extremely frightened and even scratch up him leg. He remained professional, gentle and understanding the entire time. Thank you to the whole team for your compassion and excellent care. I would highly recommend this practice.

My cat was poorly overnight and I sent a WhatsApp to the vet who called me first thing to find out details, make recommendations and invite us in within 2 hours. The vet was understanding and calming to me and gentle with my cat. After an injection, medicine and good advice we were discharged with advice on what to do next. I'll certainly be switching here for my cats' regular care

The whole process was professional and reassuring. The pricing is online and also given upfront and the costs were very reasonable. I think my nervous minature Yorkie Wes positively enjoyed his stay at the Vet. He had his teeth cleaned and extracted. He came out the same day as bright as a button! Very surprising and lovely. The photo is taken a day later. He never stopped eating even immediately after his surgery.

Excellent service from very experienced vets. We were extremely appreciative of the expertise and time taken to explain and reassure us about our new kitten. Very sensible approach. It’s just a shame that we live far away from here, otherwise we would absolutely register our pets with this surgery. We were very impressed at their ability to arrange a cancellation appointment at short notice. Also a big thanks to Jelena who was very understanding of our anxieties around our pets! I really love this vet. All the staff are lovely and really helpful to me and my coco loves all of them too. I had a newborn kitten that was seriously injured and needed life saving surgery, the surgery was a success and they looked after him really well and even called the kitten lucky 🙂 They also called me after to check his progress before he was rehomed and seemed Genuinely happy about his recovery. This is including the receptionist also. I will definitely recommend to other pet owners!
