We used this vets and last year our beloved cat of 7 years passed away. We felt that the vet we saw was not compassionate nor his mannerism was acceptable, we sort a 2nd opinion from other vets and they gave us more hope, and comfort when we had to decide to let her go which has broken our hearts. I don’t want anyone else in this situation to feel the way this vet made us feel at this vet practice.

We had a great experience at this pet vet clinic when our cat, Charlie, was unwell. The whole team took excellent care of him and made us feel reassured throughout. Dr Jarrin was amazing—he explained the procedure clearly and talked us through all the treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. We’re very grateful for the care and kindness shown to Charlie. Highly recommend

I am deeply hurt and angry about how I was treated by this veterinary clinic. I am going through one of the worst moments of my life—the death of a close family member—and instead of compassion or understanding, I was met with coldness and blame. Annette The Customer Experience Manager accused me of being unresponsive and claimed they contacted me multiple times, which is absolutely not true. I received 1 phone call, no voicemails, no messages. 1 Email and then a letter that Annette posted a letter a week later with an old date of the original email sent. Which only 3 days ago. Annett then claimed that I am "not responding"! I begged and pleaded for her understanding to please give me en extention to pay £147 at the end of January as I was not working during the grieving period, if I do not work, I do not get paid. Annette the Customer Experience Manager has added emotional pain to an already unbearable time. I was told I am no longer allowed to come back to the practice even though I have spent thousands and thousands of pounds after 5 years of being their customer. Annette is rude, unprofessional and should not work in customer service. To all the other staff members and to the Vets, thank you so much for your assistance over all these years. You have always been amazing and treated our fur babies with utmost care. I am very very sad that we have to say our goodbyes. A place that is supposed to care for animals, should also show basic humanity toward people. Sadly, this clinic showed none. Thanks to Annett I will never return and strongly caution others who expect empathy and honest communication!!!

I have been going to this practice for the past few years for both of my cats medical and routine health checks and have never had any issues. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly and I have always felt like my animals have been in good hands. When my animals have needed surgey, I've always felt like I've been kept well informed throughout the whole procedure. Their prices are also extremely fair and reasonable. I'd highly recommend bringing your pets here! Thank you to all of the staff for always being so welcoming and caring! As Albus and Jasmine would say, your service is puuuuuuurfect! ❤️🐱

My cat went in for recent neutering and unfortunately it was uncessary due to circumstances not in their control. They only charged me for what was given and post op checks have been free. The staff are very understanding and are very caring towards animals. They communicate well if surgery is not going well as they wouldn’t do anything without your consent and especially if it’s going to add fees.

Highly recommend The vet Morden! First went there about 4 years ago when my hamster needed to be put down. Despite not being under them they booked us in the same day, took great care of him and even gave a little card with his paw print. An incredible touch that meant the world. Since then they have looked after my guinea pigs always knowledgeable and careful when checking them over. My dog is also under them and I cannot fault the care at all! From first check up, to her spay where I was kept well informed throughout the day about her progress and condition. Then just the other day they fitted her in last minute on a Sunday when Nala my dog became incredibly unwell. The receptionist was so kind and really helped put my mind at ease. All the vets and receptionist really do care about the animals and are always willing to help where possible. A big shout-out to Millie and Jodie I think there names are on reception who always try there very best and nothing is too much trouble for them! The whole team at The Vet Morden should be proud of themselves for the care they give all there customers and clients! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
