My dog has had an ulcer that has taken a while to heal the receptionist are always friendly and helpful I’ve always had an appointment time that coincides with my buses The vets are professional friendly and caring and explain what’s going on

The staff at All Creatures Clinics at Chelsfield and Locksbottom are so helpful, friendly and professional. They take their time with pets and owners. A big fuss is always made for all pets. Thank you everyone.

This was my first visit and I was impressed by the staffs composure and professionalism, I didnt feel their manner was in any way forced or fake. Whilst the pricing is pretty much the same as any other practice, I did feel the staff wanted to offer a service that justified the costs and they managed to do this in my opinion.

I highly recommend All creatures clinic Locksbottom. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and I appreciate their attention to detail and genuine compassion.

Truly amazing and caring vet practice. After finding a stray and they kindly scanning her chip to reunite her with her owners. I was so impressed with their care that I registered my own little cat Betsy with them. They have always been honest, caring, knowledgeable and dedicated. When my Betsy was behaving oddly they gave clear advice and recommendations and even called to check up. They are reasonably priced and you honestly feel like they care about their patients. There is no judgment just helpful advice and good care. I would recommend the whole team to everyone.

Have just had my first appointment here and had to leave this review... As a rabbit owner, I've had difficulty finding a local exotic vet, especially for emergency visits. It's safe to say my visit today has knocked all of the other vet clinics I've used previously out of the park. From friendly reception staff, to knowledgeable veterinarians I feel my bunnies have received the perfect care, also for a fair price. Would highly recommend for anyone with rabbits to switch here! 🐰
