I brought my 19 year old cat Gioacchino and we both loved doctor Jelena. Not only she was thorough and competent, she was also extremely kind and compassionate and really took into account the specific needs of a very elderly cat (and very affectionate cat owner). We feel in safe hands with Jelena, and we hope she can be with us for the rest of the journey.Great service, quick in giving an appointment, friendly and helpful.

I visited the vets with my cat on Monday, unfortunately my cat was attacked so I was very anxious not knowing what was wrong with her. Arriving at the vets I had the warmest welcome from Bethany, she was so kind and reassuring. I had my son with me so Bethany assisted me to the vets room. The Vet (Nigel) was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how to care for my cat, I instantly felt much calmer. Brilliant vets and brilliant staff! I will definitely be recommending this vets.

I was our tirst time visiting this clinic, and we really liked it. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Everything was done professionally, and my dog felt very comfortable. I would never take my beloved pet to a vet who doesn't genuinely love dogs. What I really liked about this clinic is that my dog isn't afraid to go there. I also appreciated that they explained the whole procedure clearly and in simple language. For me, as an ordinary pet owner, this is very important because I don't understand all the medical terminology.

I have been with Gravesend Medivet for over 10 years and trust them with all my animals welfare. I now live near Maidstone but chose to come back as they know and care for them all so well. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and make a fuss of the dogs whenever we are in - so much so they love going in there! Great service.

The service and care for our aging hound Gustav has been amazing. From being treated for a liver condition that nearly took him (and he doesn’t even drink) to after care and personal interactions that have clearly come from the heart and maintained/extended his life. Particular mention to the ever smiling Beth, but every visit has been great. Cheers! TM

Very friendly and genuinely caring vet, probably the best in the area! All of the staff are pleasant, welcoming and have a calm nature. Of course I can't thank the vets themselves enough for their expertise and amazing work, however I wanted to also say a big thank you to the two lovely ladies on reception for being so helpful and kind!
