About Shrubbery Veterinary Centre
Welcome to Shrubbery Veterinary Centre, a friendly and inviting veterinary practice located in Gravesend, Kent, England. With a team of highly-qualified veterinary surgeons and nurses, we provide exceptional care for a variety of species including birds, cats, dogs, exotic pets, wild animals, and small mammals.
Our practice is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure the best possible treatment for your beloved pet. We are open seven days a week, including weekends, making it convenient for pet owners who have busy schedules.
Our availability is from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays, and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. Our practice remains closed on Sundays, but our emergency services are always open for your assistance.
At Shrubbery Veterinary Centre, we have different departments to cater to your pet’s needs. Our veterinary surgeons are led by our director, Miss Natalie Devleeschouwer, who is a qualified MRCVS and is committed to providing excellent veterinary care. Our team of veterinarians includes Dr Joanna Lukasik, Mrs Bonnie Mason, Dr Isabelle Raymant, and Miss Tatiana Sousa Santos, all of whom specialize in caring for different breeds and species of pets.
We also have a team of experienced veterinary nurses who provide compassionate care for your pet during its entire stay with us. Our veterinary nurses include Miss Jennifer Dennis, Mrs Kate Rose, Miss Lucy Such, and Miss Gemma Ward, all of whom are passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare to your pet.
We pride ourselves on our exceptional facilities, all of which are designed to make visits with pets as comfortable as possible for them and their owners. Our practice has disabled public access and a client car park, making it easy and accessible for everyone.
We understand how important your pets are to you, and we aim to provide a personal experience for both you and your pet. Our veterinary surgeons are approachable, knowledgeable, and prioritize maintaining a good rapport with our clients.

I have used this practice for years and has always been a pleasure. Amazing staff, caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend. Took Ruby to see Connie today 10/2/2026 A massive thank you to all the team, superb as ever. Thank you Connie for your patience with her as she is a very nervous puppy and you were just absolutely wonderful with her.

I took my fur baby here last month. But sadly he had to be put to sleep. The veterinary nurse and the staff were absolutely amazing, understanding and so so kind.

Really this is such an amazing vets. I’m a new customer here and I’m blown away by the kindness of the staff and how easy it is to book appointments. I had an emergency today with my 16 week old puppy I phoned and was told to immediately go to the surgery where they treated her. Special thanks to Caitlin, one of the veterinary nurses who is just so brilliant! Thank you so much all, from little Jolene’s owner x

Want to say how pleased my mum and I were with the vets. Especially to Ally. She was sooo lovely with Jasper while we were saying goodbye to him. Even crying herself which I thought was lovely. Shows their compassion in their job. Thank you
