I called and booked an appointment on the same day, the lady on reception sorry I didn’t catch her name! Was so approachable and was happy to help with any questions, she also help hold Freddie when he was being hard work haha! The vet was just amazing she really took her time to make sure I understood everything! What's a wonderful service! Lovely nurses and very qualified Vet. My cat suffers lots from pain. Quick appointment, full screen and following treatment changes his life for better. Costly? Yes, but insurance covers almost all. I will advise this place for everyone.
