  I hope this helps even one person with their beloved pet. I took Cross, my beautiful black german shepherd to these vets, after an emergency midnight visit to a vet.. Turned out he had a fever. First time,the vet found him fine (Cross was in good spirits for sure). But the vet did not do regural check ups. He's breathing was heavy but, in his words, "its the hot weather" he said. June 2021, Cross was fine after that so after a while when the same heavy breathing started, i booked an appointment and took him. To then have him tell me its the heat again! After a few days, on 28th of June 2021,i decided to book an appointment since he stopped eating at this point and he was mostly sleeping . The morning of the appointment, my baby couldnt even stand at his own 4 feet, barely breathing, we rushed him to the car and by the time i got there, 10 minutes top , i found him dead, lips, tongue blue. Dead. "food poisoning" they said. MY DOG WAS SICK FOR MONTHS. **My babies death was not only the vets fault but mine as well. I should have asked for a second opinion. I hope this helps someone. If you see your pet hurting and the vet you take him doesnt seem to bother to care, dont make the same mistake i did.

  Had an awful experience recently with our cat. Symptoms were weight loss and appetite loss, their diagnostics were terrible as our cat had cancer of the colon,that they did not pick. At the outset I did suggest a scan, but was not considered as other treatments were offered to cut a long story short,the time took its toll on our pet and Symptoms worsened. She was transferred to a hospital where she would need a blood transfusion, later on the same day they told us that there is nothing that can be done and our cat was euthanized. All of this ran into the thousands. All I am saying is watch out for the money making. Wish they listen to tge people that pay fir their services

  My Jack Russell terrier Pupa had a neutering treatment at her almost 10years of age, and we both and i want to thank Vets4Pets Thurrock team for such an amazing care. Thank you the whole team who has been involved. From the treatment day till after the procedure i felt so secure in leaving my dog in this vet. The nurses are so nice there. The biggest gesture made my day is the call to ask how pupa was after the treatment. Thank you all who was involved.

  I am very grateful to the vet doctor Maria Teofilaktid (lakeside Petshop) , for the necessary help provided to my cat Teddy. He had his bad teeth removed and was prescribed the necessary painkillers after the operation. Teddy is now in great shape: his appetite has improved, he has gained weight, there is no bad breath, his fur is shiny, we are both very happy. Thank you to all the staff, everyone is very polite. I am glad to be your patient.

  Terrible experience at Vets4Pets Thurrock. I was charged £100 for a single visit, and all they did was give my pet some completely useless medication. No proper examination, no real diagnosis—just a rushed, careless appointment. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and frankly seemed more interested in flirting with male clients than actually doing their jobs. When I asked questions or expressed concern, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Absolutely no cooperation or compassion. Avoid this place if you value your pet’s health and your money. Total waste of time and a complete rip-off.

  We have always been treated with such kindness to us and our dog Bertie. Always very caring receptionists/Vets and Nurses. We would Highly recommend Vets4Pets Thurrock.
