On an extremely difficult day the care provided was exceptional. I took our family dog to close her eyes for the last time. I would like to give a special thanks to the Vet Rares & receptionist Harvey. They were both caring, patient, kind, respectful & made such an emotional experience easier. They are both a credit to your team ❤️

We will be forever grateful to the team at Vets for Pets Romford for saving our beloved cat, Kiffy. Big black and white fluffy cat. He was critically ill with a dangerously high temperature, and we were terrified we might lose him. Santos was outstanding — calm, honest, and completely committed to getting him through it. His skill and cautious optimism gave us hope when we needed it most. Tina and all the night nurses were incredible. The compassion and round-the-clock care they showed meant everything to me. The weekend vet was also fantastic, was very understanding when I was getting emotional so kudos to him. He switched up the meds which broke the fever . They didn’t give up — and because of them, my boy is home. We will never forget what they did for me thanks Andy 🤍🖤

Yesterday night we brought our cat to get checked as he was EXTREMELY unwell, The receptionist apparently called “Edward” which another receptionist provide as , “he didn’t need to tell us his name or any information because we are from a CHARITY”??? Although, it’s the LAW for a service provider to provide their name to a service user. Is this what Vets for pets stands for? This disgusting receptionist swore at me, avoided providing care for the cat and said we will not get the same care because “We are from a charity”, bare in mind he had no idea what he was doing!! Our cat got so so unwell after his useless ‘support’. He wrongfully drugged my cat and on top of that became prejudice towards us because we are from a charity? Disgusting twit! He was super disrespectful, we have never had such an appalling experience. This revolting and nauseating ‘man’ if that’s what you wanna call him, shouldn’t work with pets or anywhere. Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) states that if an individual working in a veterinary they are obligated to work to professional standards, also the RCVS also publishes a Code of Professional Conduct that vets must follow. If a vet is negligent or behaves unprofessionally, they can: • Be investigated • Be suspended • Lose their licence to practise WE WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER! Vets for pets train your staff properly.

Many thanks to Alberto, Zeynep, and Rodrigo. They took excellent care of my cat and handled her constipation with the right treatment. They answered all our questions patiently and were very reassuring. The costs were reasonable. Despite the reception staff being quite rude, the veterinary care itself was excellent. Highly recommend.

I wish to say Alberto is the best vet ever. He is compassionate, caring and just amazing. Everything he does is from his heart and he doesn't charge people a ton of money. I do want to say all receptionists are fine and kind especially Laura, however, the male receptionist Harvey is not useful, not kind and doesn't care about customers. I had an emergency and called to make an appointment , he said on Sunday is fully booked and Alberto can't see my dog however the great Laura on reception managed to get us an appointment and actually said there are many slots. It's a shame because Alberto deserves 5000 stars and he is the greatest vet but he shouldn't keep this boy on reception.
