This was my first time using this vet. Both the reception/nurse and the vet were really nice and caring and helpful. I had blood tests carried out on my cat. I had no long returned home when I received the good news of the blood results. Thank you so much vets4pets I will be using you again if needed

only the best reviews. We are not registered at this clinic, but our cat was taken in and examined. The prices are adequate. It is good to know that there are vet clinics that work on weekends.

I moved to Devon 8 years ago but do miss coming here as Cheryl was my favourite vet of all time! She saved my cat who is now 15 with an emergency op & she’s still on the food she prescribed back then. At the time I had 10 cats, all treated by her over the years including kittens. She was always super friendly but professional

Took my 3 gorgeous kittens here to be neutered a couple of months ago, I qualified for the C4 scheme luckily, that alone should imply the person taking their cats into your vet is low on funds anyway. I was told by the vet that I could leave my cats there overnight and collect them in the morning by a male vet, he mentioned nothing about overnight fees, he simply said they could stay overnight, I assumed as no price was mentioned that them staying overnight would be a complementary good deed for someone on a low income, oh no! That couldn't be further from the truth. I left my cats there and trusted the male member of staff's word, my workplace was over an hour away from this vet, I went home, went to work and received a phone call an hour into my shift saying I had to come and pick up my cats, I reiterated what I was told earlier by the male member or staff about my kittens being able to stay overnight, she replied with "no, you can't just leave them here overnight, there's no one here overnight to watch them, you should've organised your time better" but you offer an overnight service for a fee, so you DO let cats stay overnight, you just want an extortionate amount for it (during a cost of living crisis, very smart 🤡). £150 overnight stay fee PER CAT! Do you seriously expect anyone to pay £150 per cat to stay overnight and when I wasn't informed of this before, I went into work early, trusting that it would be fine, only to have to leave my shift 1 hour in, because of poor communication between your staff?! Never mind my time management, work on having good communication with your colleagues! 1 star for the European receptionist, think she's Lithuanian, she was very professional, older lady, blondish hair and some variation of a Slavic accent, very nice woman with amazing customer service, unlike the English woman that forced me to leave work to come get my cats at a non-agreed and inconvenient time period. No wonder you have so many bad reviews. To my fellow British people, you are embarrassing the nation and putting British people to shame by not being able to conduct business in a professional manner.

The kindness, care and compassion shown by Jose the vet is amazing. So knowledgeable but yes listened to our concerns and did the right thing for Stella. The fact that he took time out of his busy days to call me to see how she was doing was just so unexpected. Jose is an asset to his surgery. Saying thank you really isn’t enough x
