They treated my 16 year old cat with respect and caution after he was attacked by a neighbor's pitbull. He had developed an infection and a large swelling on the side of his neck. After he spent a couple of days laying helplessly on the bed I brought him to Vets4Pets. They took him in without an appointment, examined him, and evaluated the problem. They didn't charge me crazy money for all of the tests and surgery. They also provided me with all the necessary medications and clearly explained everything I needed to do. The staff members, by the way, were incredibly responsive and helpful

We transfered to this Vets upon a recommendation a few years ago now. We live in Loughton but its worth the drive as Louise Jennings is an amazing Vet here. Sarah the receptionist is alway very polite and so helpful. We prefer this practice to their other one at Rom Valley way, personal choice. Highly recommend

The fact every time I bring my cat here, the staff will go “Hello baby boy” and “hi sweet kitty” is all I need to hear to know that they truly love and care for animals here. They are diligent in their care, explanations, and availability. Love this place, the staff, the vets. 10/10.

The vet Mara was so knowledgeable and very helpful. She put us at ease as soon as we walked in the door. Walt does not usually like going to the vet but he was happy to be there and even went off to have a blood test with her.

The vets and all the staff here are absolutely brilliant. They always treat the pets and owners so well and even when they're really busy they still take their time with you. I think they could do with one more receptionist to give the lovely receptionist a hand as she's always doing so many things at once and it's a very busy practice but she's still so lovely. Really happy with the service and treatment here.
