  We couldn’t be happier with Richard and his amazing team. We didn’t think there was any hope for our dog Teddy, after seeing a different Vet, and being told it wasn’t looking good for him, but Richard changed that and Teddy is now back to good health. The appointment and surgery process was very quick and efficient and the follow up care has been amazing. We will never go elsewhere again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  We took Benjy our cat to see Richard and his excellent team today for his annual check-up. We have known Richard for over 20 years, and he's always shown great care for our various cats and it’s always interesting to hear his extra bits of advice about animal behaviour and the best simple care habits to look after our animals. Richard and The Gidea Park team are obviously so driven to do the best they can for our animals so its not really entered our minds to look elsewhere for care. Thanks Richard and team for all and yes, we will be back next month for a descale of Benjy’s teeth – we have a hygiene descale so after all why shouldn’t Benjy also have one!

  We cannot thank Goddard Vets practice enough for their honesty, compassion, and genuine care. They are honestly priced and you are getting the best care and service (no hidden costs or surprises ). When our cat Buddy suddenly became very sick, they fitted us in for an emergency appointment and treated him with such kindness and patience—it truly meant the world to us. Their knowledge is absolutely outstanding, and Richard took the time to explain everything clearly, putting our minds at ease during a very stressful moment. A special thank you to Richard, who was amazing with Buddy and made us feel completely confident he was in the best hands, and a truly amazing team. We highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for vets who truly care about animals and their owners. 🐾💙

  We have been clients of Goddards Gidea Park for 8 years and have always been very happy with the treatment received. Richard diagnosed our dog’s complex heart problem early and has supported us with the referral and ongoing treatment with a specialist heart practice. He seems genuinely committed to our dog’s welfare and recommended treatments are fully explained and realistic outcomes provided. The practice appears to be well managed with friendly and knowledgable staff. We can always get an appointment in good time and waiting times are short. Would highly recommend.

  We've been with Goddard in Gidea Park for six years now, and we haven't even once thought about changing vets. The care and professionalism of all the staff are incredible. Richard always puts my cats' well-being first, and I never feel like there are unnecessary procedures or medicines prescribed; I trust them 100%. A few times I've had to call for an emergency appointment and have always been seen on the same day, which is a great relief. The communication is always amazing; the phone is always answered, and we receive check-up calls after visits. There is never a wait in the waiting room. I would definitely recommend Richard and his team! Thank you very much from Lulu, Fantastic Fudge, and Leo 😸
