I have been coming to the vet for many years as I find each and every member of staff to be sweet, caring, and well informed. They always put my pets first. Even in an emergency situation recently, we were told to come in straight away and seen immediately. I also find their prices reasonable and fair compared to other vets we have seen in the past. 10/10 Highly recommend!

What makes this vets so great is the staff who go above and beyond to make our pets feel comfortable during their visit and explain things to the owners. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice. And they don’t over charge.

I recently changed from another local vet practice to Hill Park as I was unhappy with the service and extortionate pricing. I’m so happy I did as my dog has had a couple of issues since moving vets and honestly the contrast in the service is like night and day. Hannah has been so lovely and so thorough in her treatment of my dog. It’s friendly, welcoming and there’s no constant upsell to spend unnecessary money. My only regret is not registering my dog here from a pup I can’t rate them enough.

Staff are always polite, friendly and extremely professional. I feel that my pet will be given the utmost care and attention together with reassurance to myself that the correct treatment will be carried out. I have great confidence in all of the practice staff. I fully recommend them.

Very happy with this vets. The staff are all so friendly and go out of their way to make the pet comfortable and owner as relaxed as possible. Even providing calming wipes for the dogs free in reception. Ive only been here with my pets for a few months after years with another well known multi vet practice and I don't know why I didn't change years ago. The vets have got to know my pets quickly and we don't feel like just a number. Much more reasonably priced too ! Well done hill park.

Hard working & caring Vet practice still in private family ownership (most are owned by huge corporate groups now). Highly recommended. Even do home visits if needed for special reasons.
