We love our pets, that's a given, but it's not always easy to look after their needs when money is tight and you don't qualify for PDSA care. I found Hill Park vets when my dogs needed dental treatment. Through recommendations on Facebook I discovered a practice where the welfare of the animals comes before profits. In this day and age I call that a blessing. In March 2025 it was discovered that one of my dogs, Lottie, 13 years old, had malignant melanoma of the mouth. It was agreed surgery was the best option but unfortunately, not all cells could be removed. Every vet I have seen there have been compassionate and honest. The tumour has re-grown but the consensus from the vets I've seen is given her age, it would not be fair on Lottie to put her through more surgery as the outcome will not change (it is an aggressive cancer). Lottie has lived longer than the expected prognosis but she has had a life long ear problem. Yesterday she was prescribed steroids and drops to alleviate her ear discomfort. We hope to keep her comfortable in every way.

Probably the nicest people ive come across. Emma was so extremely helpful we could see she actually cared. Took in a feral cat and Emma explained everything in great detail and set up a plan to help her, although we were very lucky as they do seem to be quite a busy vets. We cant thank them enough or rate them highly enough. Even lent us a cat box to help bring in the feral cat, which was a mission I can tell you. Scars to prove it. Lol

Highly professional and knowledgeable every time. Have always dealt with a lovely lady by the name of Winnie who imo u can't get better than. She's one of the best vets in the Industry and a gentleman by the name of Mike also is very good although I think he no longer practices at this vet group anymore. Top team regardless of who sees u though:-)

Best practice in Havering. Very personal friendly and ultra caring with our pets. Not all business like as some, more like a family. Any urgency they will always make room for you to see one of the fabulous Vets. Ive been using them for nearly 30 years and my parents used them for years too. Highly recommend. First Class

SUPERB INDEPENDENT VETERINARY PRACTICE. All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners. Diagnosis and treatment is explained in plain English and easy to understand. Very reasonably priced. Good opening hours. Plenty of parking. No hard sell. I would not go anywhere else nowadays.
