I took my doggy for a consultation about her limp today. It was our first time here and we were treated with kindness and patience, and I have confidence in the proactiveness of this clinic that they are able to help our girl get on the mend.

We took our cats for their annual vaccinations. We were seen on time and Dimi did a fairly detailed examination of both cats before inoculating them. Very pleasant attitude, explained everything clearly and answered our questions. Did not feel hurried. Pleasant surroundings too. Will continue to use Ivy Lodge.

I am deeply and sincerely grateful to the wonderful team at the clinic. To the woman who works at reception, thank you for immediately telling me to come in urgently and reassuring me that I would be seen straight away. I am also very grateful to the veterinarians who acted quickly and without delay in such an emergency situation. My dog was pregnant, and during the scan it was already visible that one puppy had sadly passed away, so urgent action was needed to try to save the remaining two. Your fast response, professionalism, kindness, and compassion during such an incredibly stressful and emotional time meant a great deal to me. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and cared for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🐾

From the first consultation through to diagnosis Ivy Lodge Vets they staff filled me with confidence They seem to have gathered a friendly professional team which bodes well for the future Bertie has visited a few times now and seems happy with his treatment I have no hesitation in recommending Ivy Lodge Vets and would like to thank them for looking after Bertie so well

Ivy Lodge is a fantastic vets and has such caring/amazing staff. Nothing is ever too much hassle and they look after my two kittens beautifully. I grew up with animals but my girls are the first of my own animals with such responsibility and they are reassuring and answer my questions whenever I have them . Could not recommend them enough!

Just recently carried out speying of our little Olive, . There personal touch to attention is 1st class. Iam so pleased that I phoned and spoke to the lady regarding getting our dog speyed. Not only did I like her honesty, we also signed up to there pet plan and moved away from our current veterinary as I much preferred there approach. Thanks for taking care🥰

I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all

Ivy Lodge Vets have been fantastic over the last month with our cat Pippa. She developed a leg weakness and at times was unable to move. After a week of anti-inflammatory medication Frankie diagnosed a subluxating patella. This needed orthopaedic surgery and a lot of post op care. The whole team (vets, nurses and reception staff) have been kind, caring and informative throughout the whole process. Frankie sent us photos of Pippa following her surgery which was very reassuring. We highly recommend Ivy Lodge Vets for their kind & caring approach to both pets & their owners.

Incredible service from the whole team. Frankie came in as a new patient who is quite a timid dog but despite all she has gone through over the past few days when I collected her you could see her true love for the staff which shows just how well on a personal caring level she was looked after, let own the actual treatment,. They have a great app to be able to communicate throughout the whole journey and honestly couldn't ask for anything more, so much so, we're now part of their care plan! Hoping not to have to see them again anytime, but know when we have to, there's no better place for her. Thanks again to Franki and Esther!
