Phoned yesterday morning and explained my cat’s symptoms. The receptionist, not liking what she heard, spoke to the vet, who asked me to come straightaway. Within the hour, my cat was admitted, blood taken and treatment underway. After a day in their care, my cat is home and 100 times happier than when he went in, with his appetite back, temp back to normal and making a good recovery from a nasty infection. Honestly cannot fault this practice and I’m so grateful 🐈⬛

We are very grateful to Vets for Pets in Sevenoaks for fitting us in at short notice on a Friday afternoon. We rang at around 4:50pm and were given an appointment for 5:10pm, which at the end of a busy week is no small thing. We were also seen close to on time, which made a real difference at the end of the day. We saw Agathe, who was wonderful. She gave Tzipi a thorough examination, did not rush any part of it, and clearly explained what she was finding and the reasoning behind her recommendations. She was warm, attentive, and evidently very capable. I came away feeling that I properly understood what was going on with Tzipi and what to do next, which is something we consistently value at this practice and have not always experienced elsewhere. We usually see Sylvester, who is excellent, and it says a great deal about the practice that the standard of care feels equally high whoever you see on the day. As a pet owner, that consistency really matters. You always know your dog is in capable hands. The reception team were also lovely, and the practice itself is consistently spotless and well organised. Everything runs smoothly, which takes a great deal of the stress out of bringing in an unwell dog. Every member of staff we have encountered has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. We always leave feeling that Tzipi has been properly looked after, and so have we. We feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful team caring for her.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Our 18 year old cat Harriet was diagnosed with abdominal cancer and deteriorated very quick, Sylvester was fantastic, kind and caring and gave us the best advice. When she was too poorly and we made the decision to put her to sleep he made time within 20 minutes of phoning to be with her, we weren’t rushed and the whole process although terribly upsetting was peaceful and calm. He talked us through and ensured we knew what to expect and that he strongly agreed it was the right time. All the staff couldn’t have been more empathetic and kind whilst dealing with her. We will not use another vets now. I urge everyone to use this practice for their animals. We’re so grateful our baby was looked after. Thank you all again.

The fact the receptionist are so friendly, makes the whole experience so much better. Thank you ladies! Receptionists are often very cold at places like this, but this bunch are warm and interested in your pets 😊

I’m very happy with this vet. I drive there even though it takes me an hour by car, because it’s really worth it. The ladies at the reception are also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a truly good vet.

We moved away from Sevenoaks but we keep coming back to Sylvester and his team, because we're just so happy with their way of looking after our dogs. Our new rescue dog was in a very poor condition but in a year and after several surgeries these lovely people helped us nurse him back to health. I will always be thankful for their expertise and care. Both our dogs are now healthy and happy and i will always praise this practice for their amazing work.
