There are not enough words to describe how wonderful everyone at Elands are! Our previous boxer Lillie had a hereditary nail issue which meant monthly visits to keep on top of the situation. We were fortunate to have Lillie for nearly 13 years which is way beyond what you would expect for a boxer. The amazing team at Elands were definitely a factor in Lillie living such a long & happy life. When it came to end of life Elands provide the support we needed in the most caring and compassionate way. It’s a day that every pet owner dreads but they made it possible for us to say goodbye in a way that felt right & comfortable for us. Once a boxer lover always a boxer lover 😉 and we now have Callie and could not wait for her to meet the Elands team and what a welcome she got! She loved all the cuddles and felt so relaxed that she went to sleep while she had her check up. Rebecca you & your team are fantastic 🥰, Arasi thank you for being you 😘 & Tina you are just too funny 🤣.

From making the appointment, then having to make a last minute change. ( my fault) Elands as always looked after my Pets with great care. This was a 6 month check up under their plan for my two Labs which is great. I always appreciate the extra time and care with my nervous Lab Been with Elands through Cats, Rabbits, Hamsters, G- Pigs and numerous dogs service has always been great 👍

Elands vets and all staff are amazing. They understand your pet totally and your pet is their complete priority. But also every thing is discussed with you in detail. Including charges. Nothing is left to the imagination. We go to this vet although we live 40 minutes away. Worth it. Let’s hope and pray this practice remains individual and private in these difficult days and they never have to be bought out by a greedy company. Travelling a distance to get good care for our dog is fully worth it. Thank you especially to vet Doctor Arasi ❤️ God bless Elands staff.

After many years I have moved away from Elands Veterinary Clinic to another independent employee owned practice in the area. Firstly, I found the reception staff, particulary Angela (who I believe has since left the practice) to be rude, unhelpful, or dismissive. Extremly poor handling of an emergency when I turned up with my dog early one morning when the practice opened. Secondly, Elands is no longer the family run practice I once knew since 2011. Since becoming part of VetPartners Practices there has been a massive increase in fees compared to other practices in the area. It would of been beneficial to notify clients in advance that the practice was being sold to a large veterinary business. For these reasons I would not recommend the Elands Veterinary Clinic to other pet owners.

I can’t rate Elands too highly for the care and kindness shown to my cat Fidget and myself recently. The Receptionists, Nurses and Vets are all outstanding. Fidget knew she was among friends. I will always be grateful .

My cat has been registered with Elands for 6 years- the vets are lovely and very caring, and I feel reassured my cat is in safe hands. Everyone I have met at the practice- reception team, vets, nurses- are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Outstanding service and care, above and beyond anything I have experienced in 50 years of pet ownership. From the Vets to the nurses to the receptionist, they are all amazing. All my dogs love to visit Elands.
