Booked our cat in for a trim of very knotty fur and was very pleased with the Nurse's caring and calm way that she handled him. Have always found Goddard's very welcoming and professional.

Absolutely great vets, first time I've used them as my normal vets refused to see my dog as an emergency, as they were too busy. However Goddard Vets were great they fitted us in, and treated my dog with care and kindness. I will now be changing my vets to here. A + service .

Absolutely dreadful service from Goddard vet group in Caterham. After being with them for over 8 years they refused my cat treatment for a simple ailment. He needed a repeat prescription which they refused to issue. He had been seen by a vet but I was told he needed to be seen again. It made no sense at all. It was blatant money making! Who takes a healthy cat to an appointment twice!?!? The shocking truth was they just wanted the money. There was no regard for my elderly cats health what so ever. They often overcharged me and failed to provide itemised receipts in the past. They clearly don’t care about the health and well being of animals so I wouldn’t recommend them. If you love your pets, go elsewhere!

Very sadly our 19 year old cat had to be put to sleep today. We saw Astrid and she was so sympathetic and so kind after our cat had passed she put her in her carry case and arranged her to look like she was asleep. We wanted to take honey home and bury her in our garden. They also didn't rush us for payment and sent a link so we could pay over the weekend. What was also nice was that there were no other clients there when we came out as we were obviously upset. Altogether a very good experience.

I have to change my review after our pet becoming severely ill following the treatments from Goddard Caterham . The Vets were negligent for not informing us on how to store a highly dangerous medication which is gene altering and cancer causing, they did not inform us about the side effects of the medications and treatments even though we had asked them for that information, and insisted on receiving Full Informed Consent. We were charged parking tickets while being parked at Goddard, while treating our pet. We were charged for medication that we said we would not be buying, following our pets health deterioration after Goddards treatment. We had to pay another £800 to treat our pet at a different Vet after Goddard caused more damage to our pets health, and we still have to spend more to restore her health fully. In the meantime , and while there was an open communication with our dissatisfaction, their Accounts Department have sent threatening letters about Debt Collection Agency , and saying we will have to pay surcharges! They also lied that they had been trying to contact us via email and phone chasing payment, which is a complete lie. We are glad we found out the true nature of this Veterinary Group before our dear girl died! This Veterinary Group only cares about Money and selling more treatments. When we asked to be informed about the side effects of the medication the Vet by name Astrid wanted to prescribe and in order to leave her there for fluids administration ( Astrid wanted to keep her there all day and possibly overnight, when our pet suffers from separation anxiety, and she refused to give her fluids only for two hours) , she gave us paperwork to sign that we have given Informed Consent ( when she refused to inform us about the dangers and side effects of medications), on order to do with our dear girl whatever they wanted and if we didn’t pay they would re home her! Stay away , they will kill your babies !
