The best ever vets practice we could have hoped for. The vets are kind and really care; the staff are extremely helpful and always do their best and go "above and beyond". We have had incredible service and support for many years looking after our Yorkie, Poppy. Huge thanks to you all, Karen Adrian and Wills

I have mobility problems, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Max is frightened of the vets, but Lizzie did everything she could to put him at his ease. Her treatment was excellent - she even offered help if I have problems administering the eyedrops.

We had a really good experience taking our precious bulldog for a heslth check. Amanda was so patient and we felt like we were her only client that day! She was so kind with our dog and very knowledgeable and able to advise and reassure us. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you ♡

The team is excellent no question...but this practice is owned by a vet practice consolidator (also referred to as private equity in the mainstream press) and it is reflected in their prices (£70 for a single 5 min consultation, single lump check was charged £25 - no prices listed online). We have also seen quite a bit of turnover over the years

All the staff are very friendly and happy to help with any enquiries you may have. The vet answered all my concerns and questions she also explained everything being done and its cost so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend going there for a friendly visit and a good experience for you pet. My puppy had a great time

We've been with Vet on the hill for around 10 years and as we have 3 cats we are frequent visitors. Everyone at the practice are so lovely, welcoming and you can tell they all love animals. Our fluffy friends are always well looked after when we visit. Thank you!
