Brilliant service. Calm and professional reception staff in a clean surgery. Vet was efficient, kind and practical. Minimal stress for my anxious old dog. Thank you.

I usually have no issues at Mark Nelson vets, I've been with them for years, however my visit in January for simple boosters and worming was pretty horrific. It was a female vet I've never met before, she was condescending, rude, patronising and only out for sales. She did not listen to me at all, the experience was horrible and I'm seriously thinking of going elsewhere where if she is the person I have to see there. Do not see her, unless you want to be talked to like a child. And I had to pay for the experience!!! Awful, just awful.

All the staff are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The surgery is always clean and I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment. I would trust any of the vets to treat my animals as i have seen them all and have always been happy with the advice I was given and the treatment my pet received. I’ve recommended them to many clients and friends.

Had a really good first time with the staff who helped me a lot with the paperwork side of the health cover and an absolute lovey vet who gave a lot of fantastic advice for my puppy

Having moved to a new area, top priority was to find a new vets for our 2 dogs. From the first visit to sign up, to bringing both dogs in for their annual jabs the team were brilliant. Welcoming, warm and happy to be there. The receptionists are friendly with smiles, and happy to help in anyway. The vet we met was excellent, and so helpful. She even cut out older dogs nails on the spot ( I have always had to come back and see a nurse on a different appointment). The care plan is also fab and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.
