We came to the surgery with a terrified soggy lost dog on a stormy dark winter evening! We were greeted by a lovely locum nurse (sadly I didn't get her name) who got straight on the case, scanned for a chip and made some calls! She was quick and efficient and pup was reunited with owner within about 30mins! Heard a lot of good things about Rusthall Vets. Thank you for your help this evening.

Really friendly and helpful vets. Receptionist made me feel like it wasn't a problem when my puppy weed on the floor. Was very helpful with my questions and reasonably priced compared to other vets. I feel like my puppies will be well looked after by the vet and staff. It feels very much like an animal come first run business rather than a chain who may have different priorities

I have 4 beautiful dogs with different breeds, and I look everywhere to where I should register my pets? After doing all my research and speaking to a few friends, I decided to register them with this vet! As I believe they are the best and which they are! Having said that, it's been 3 years since my babies are coming here. Everything was fantastic and I am very happy and appreciated all the staff members. Who are very helpful! When I have to call for an emergency, they are taking appointments promptly and always asking to inform them a couple of days later for any treatment they had with recommendation and suggestion. My maltese had a baby a few months back, and I am very pleased with how they're looking after my girl and the pup, as they understand how worried I am! Even though they have seen so many animals coming through the door, they do remember all of my babies' visits with passionated and concern. I thank all the veterinary and the staff members for all the work and treatment that they have done to my babies ( at a very reasonable price) Keep up the good work!

Wonderful Vets Surgery, sadly our cat was hit by a car, and taken into this Vets. They were very kind and caring and were wonderful with our boys when we went in to say our good-byes. If for any reason we ever need a vet that isn't our own, we would definitely see if they had room.
