Lovely vet Mmapeu Mekwa saw my dog today, she was very friendly and helpful and my dog loved her. Best vet I've been to. Receptionist was very nice and polite also. Great vets and not too expensive.

Avoid this vets if you need a Tunbridge wells based vets, the Tunbridge wells clinic is rarely open and they will send you to crowborough. Also prescribed my cat a lethal dose of diazepam by accident but I luckily double checked the dosage online before giving it to him!

I want to thank the gentleman vet on duty on Friday 25/06/2021 at 18h30. We had some expensive decisions to make and even though these are not made clearly when one is in a rush and worried about a pet, the vet was so kind to us. He asked us on a number of occasions whether we needed to take 5 min alone to make a choice about the next stage of treatment. Just by saying that, he allowed us to gather ourselves. His treatment of our dog was exceptional but I would expect that from a vet. I was so grateful of his treatment of us humans. Thank you for your kindness.

Well house vets, are money grabbers. Most of the female nurses have no customer service and they talk to you like their doing you a favour when your the one paying an overpriced bill which they add to. They are rude, and clearly have no passion for working with animals as they should in a place like this. Really angry and frustrated.

Im very shock of how most of the stuff in this clinic treated me. Starting from the manager, to the nurses, one of the receptionist and one female vet. Unprofessional, with an attitude to grab your money and treating the animal like a package if you ever show signs of wanting a breakdown of a £1000 bill for the test only!!! Also, They given the impression that on the top of paying all those expensive bills, they are treating you with no manners and arrogance. There are plenty of surgeries out there that have a wonderful customer service and they are passionate about the animals, not the money. A very shocking answer from one of the female vet in this place When I asked her what would they do if they see a very poorly pet but the owner couldn’t afford all the bills and the insurance doesn’t cover? Her answer: we would put the animal to sleep and letting it die. That came out from someone that we trust our pets with, but she and the whole clinic are only move for money. (btw the surgery in Crowborough is run by the same vet stuff apparently) Im getting my cat’s full history from them and moving on to a new place that know the value of animals. Avoid this place guys.
