We returned to Well House vets, Crowborough with our new puppy. We found the staff were all as kind and caring as before. I would not hesitate to recommend.

After a very unpleasant visit that left my dog stressed and bleeding I decided to leave this clinic and take my dog to a better veterinarian. That man either needs to retire or retrain on how to treat animals and speak to owners. He gets paid good money to turn up to work and at least pretend that he cares.

We had to take our old dog to Well House vets in Crowborough as he was very unwell. All the staff and especially Kelly were sympathetic and understanding. Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep but they left us with him to say our final farewell and did not ask for any settlement of the costs until we were ready. A great practice.

The staff today, Nov 25, 2024, ncluding the Vet Mr Johnston and reception were brilliant with our many cats. Both reception staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Elena in particular was off the scale in terms of efficiency, advice and help. If she would be PM one day she would solve all the UK's problems. This isn't a solicited review and is written simply because of helpful and efficient she and her colleagues were.

Couldn’t recommend more! The staff were amazing, so kind and welcoming, friendly and so helpful. I have a litter of 9 puppies who all came for their microchips today. Not only did they help me with the puppies to and from my car, but helped entertain them all when they were either waiting or after being chipped, helped keep them happy when I was at the desk paying, just genuinely made my day so much easier and I cannot thank them enough. The vet himself (I’m sorry I don’t know his name!) was brilliant. Could see he was very confident, very reassuring and he made sure they all got some affection after he had finished. Again, thank you everyone!! Don’t hesitate to take you pet here, you won’t regret it. :)
