Vets Now Tunbridge Wells provides out-of-hours emergency care through the night, at weekends and on bank holidays. They’re ready and waiting to provide expert, pet emergency care when your regular vet is closed.
Vets Now have been providing expert emergency care to pets across the UK for more than 15 years and on average, they receive more than 400,000 enquiries a year and provide treatment to more than 100,000 pets.
Regardless of which vet your pet is registered with, Vets Now’s services are there when you need them.
If you need help out-of-hours, call your local Vets Now branch and they will provide advice over the phone and advise whether you need to bring your pet into the clinic for immediate treatment.
If you have pet insurance you should also bring your policy details. All or some of the cost of treatment, and any consultation fee, may be reimbursed by your policy.

I’d just like to say how much I appreciate the care given to our cat Jules by all the team at the Tunbridge Wells branch, and especially by Rachel. A very professional vet who is not afraid to admit that as a cat supervisor herself she feels as we feel, Rachel’s care for our ageing and ailing elderly cat over the last few months has been very much appreciated and the sensitivity, realism and care with which what had to be done was done was a credit to her, the Culverden practice and her profession.

Culverden vets in Crowborough are absolutely lovely. They have always been very kind to our cats and shown us a lot of kindness also. They treat the animals calmly and all the staff I have met seem friendly and professional. Cornford.

We’ve been visiting Culverden Vets in Tunbridge Wells since late 1980s. It was a good practice then and has only become better. The facilities are excellent. They have always been kind and responsive. My dog has no anxiety about going there.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at CV for the incredible care and compassion they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. Saying goodbye to my Luna was heartbreaking, but the kindness, empathy,shown buy all the staff made all the difference. They treated both my cat and me with such gentleness and respect, giving us the time and space we needed, and explaining everything with clarity and care. ,The support brought me comfort in a very painful moment. Thank you for helping my cat pass peacefully and with dignity. I’ll never forget your kindness. Thankyou to the team 💗

The team are excellent. Very thorough, friendly and helpful, taking time to explain what your pet needs. Highly recommend. Just a gentle request...the cat wait area is uncomfortably hot and stuffy. It would be great to be able to open a window or have air con if possible. Thanks for all your hard work.
