We've been using St Anne's for nearly 2 years since we got our pup and they've always provided 10/10 service. All the reception and pharmacy staff are so friendly and welcoming and always make a fuss of our dog which makes her love going, and the vet and nurse staff are so patient, knowledgeable and kind. We always know our pup is getting the best care when we visit. Thank you!

Note well public - this group is owned by Linnaeus group which is owned by Mars - yes the big corporate that makes the bars. Well they should stick to making chocolate! My experience with this vet over the past 10 days has been horrific. Wrong meds, wrong dosage, not enough information or discussion about tests they performed, jumpy nurses not even able to take a simple blood pressure test, just horrendously high bills and back and forth holding a dying cat who was desperately struggling to breath. Never did they suggest to give the poor animal a simple injection to help him breathe. Nothing. What they did do was put him on £400 of oxygen for 20 minutes (Vets Now) then through £800 worth of tests, (St Annes) sedating a 16 year old cat they knew had not eaten for days! These people are trained to sell not look after or care about animals. It’s vile. It’s disgusting. They not only put my pet through hell for 10 days it had a massive effect on our well being too. Ah yes, the clinical director admitted the mistakes but did they remove it from the bill? Nope. Too much emphasis on how much they can invoice you and not even real care. Take your pet to a better vet!

First time visiting with my budgie who was not registered. We saw Emily who was so caring and extremely polite. She was extremely thorough and explained everything so well. Instantly put me at ease. Thank you to Emily and the rest of the team!

The team are all lovely. They always smile at us and Jasmine (our beautiful Sheltie). We are all treated very well. 'Vets' us not a scary word to Jasmine. I really enjoy myself too!

We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.
