Our first visit to this Practice. We saw a vet called Victoria who was lovely with our cat, listened to everything we said, was very knowledgeable and explained proposed treatment clearly. She gave us 45 minutes. Also we were given paper information on proposed costs. We feel confident in putting our cat into the care of this Practice. Very clean and well laid out with separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Reception staff and we noted vets were all friendly to owners.

Couldn’t fault this practice at all. I had my other cat registered somewhere else and now I have joined him with St.Annes! Reception/admin/nurses/vets couldn’t be anymore helpful with us. Everything has been explained so so clearly and has been really smooth sailing so far. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. They actually seem to take an interest in your animals health and background too!
