Once again, this company creates a need where it is unnecessary for deflea drops. Over £150 for 2 cats to recieve deflea drops as they 'require a flea check' . This is an absolute scam that places owners in a difficult position.

Our cat Buzz was put to sleep yesterday. The vet Beatrice and Sophie the receptionist were wonderful. They understood our dilemma and they were kind and had lots of empathy. Thank you for being such great people.

We have 2 cats who are both registered here and the service has always been excellent. Huge respect for everyone who works here, we always get a friendly response from whoever helps and the quality of care for our cats has always been great.
