Anna is a wonderful vet with a lot of technical expertise. She always took time with our cats and made sure their welfare was put first for instance vaccinating on the leg not the neck and alternating the leg. I highly recommend

I would like to thank you so much for the treatment and care you have given Dobby my cat, over the passed few months, for his dental issue. Anna and the team are so kind and understanding. They have taken meticulous care to ensure he was fully recovered. I have been visiting Green Street Eastbourne Vets for many years and have always had exceptional care for my pets and treated in the most polite and respectful way from receptionists and all the staff. I highly recommend this establishment.

Very nice welcoming from receptionist The Vet we saw was so relaxed which was passed onto Milo who stayed calm throughout his checkup which he passed except for his weight!!

I called up this vet on Green Street, told them the issue, and then went through the process of registering with them on the phone. They then proceeded to tell me afterwards that Green St only does ‘routine appointments’ and I would have to travel all the way to another of their vet practices elsewhere in Eastbourne (not walking distance from me which was the entire point of calling up the Green St clinic). It would have been helpful to have been told this from the start so we didn’t have to waste both of our time. They also need to edit the services list on their Google profile, as it states they offer everything (on their list of services), not just routine appointments at all. A very odd set-up.

Overpriced pricing got stung on me without any warning for the most beyond basic check up in which my dog was weighed and heart listened to barely and some worm and flee tablets £129?? That is a rip off and the vet was not great with a big dog. It was not a great experience for me and il be returning to my previous vet!

Very friendly and efficient receptionist. Clean surgery, no one waiting and my appointment was bang on time. Parking is free in the street and was easy to find. The Vet was a delightful Greek lady who showed great interest in my cats and was very professional as well as quick and friendly. Highly recommended.
