Wilbury Vets are the gold standard for me: this is my second 5-star review as I've just returned home with my super-sensitive crossbreed Keeper following nail removal and tooth extraction and scale. The care and professionalism at Wilbury are second to none: I am so lucky to have found such excellent and knowledgeable care for my two dogs. Every member of staff is friendly and well informed. One of the best things for me is the skilful and intelligent handling of my dogs: it makes such a difference if animals are handled sympathetically and well. I have to do a special call-out to Rosie as she has treated both my dogs, especially Keeper, several times now, and her knowledge and powers of observation are off the scale. Her advice has been invaluable. Thank you so much, Rosie, and all the brilliant nurses and receptionists at Wilbury: I will always be grateful to you for looking after Riddley and Keeper as if they were your own.

Big thank you to Pratayhani at Wilbury vets, She’s an excellent vet, she deeply cares about the animals she treats and has helped our Bimba feel so much better and managed to get to the root of the issues. Deeply grateful for the care and compassion she showed.

Wilbury Vets has checked all of the right boxes for my dog and me. Anyone who owns a pet knows how expensive vet bills become, especially when your pet is senior. My dog has a severe heart condition, so vet bills are big. Wilbury is one of the most affordable vet practices we've been to in this country, and we've travelled all over the country for the last 3 years! They don't charge you an arm, leg, kidney during emergencies, and they always make a plan for you to get an appointment same day. Other vets I've struggled just to get an appointment, and had to go emergency vet which charges you x5 more than Wilbury. The nurses, vets, receptionists, staff are friendly, kind, considerate, and empathetic. Their customer service is 150% amazing compared to other vets we've been to. Thank you to everyone there, Narnia enjoys her visits with you all (after the scary injection parts 😂) and the treats!

My first appointment with Peter at Wilbury vets and I could not be more delighted. I have an old dog with advanced Osteoarthritis. Peter explained all the meds he is on and how we would help manage Blue's pain and give him the best possible care in his later years.

Maya the vet and Francis the nurse were both very gentle and caring when treating Bobby. This is very reassuring particularly when you’re worried and anxious when your pet is ill. They were both really lovely and considerate . Billy

Wilbury vets gave my furchild the care he needed at the end of his life. I’d been misled by other vets and feared there wasn’t anything I could do to help him after several tests and a lot of money. Wilbury vets is hands down the best vets I have ever taken my pets to and I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to receive proper, honest, kind service at a time when you really need it. Thanks again for all you did for my Gizmo 🤎

Jo at Wilbury Vets saved my puppy’s life. At 6 weeks old, our Daisy became extremely ill - open flesh wounds started to form all over her tiny body out of the blue, and on top of that, she was lethargic, had swollen eyes, ears and mouth and developed a limp. We tried vets in the area but none knew what the issue was - they all sent us away saying there’s nothing they could do. When I found Wilbury Vets, they were able to see us on the same day. Jo went over and above for our Daisy trying to establish a diagnosis (which was not straightforward at all), including contacting the Royal College of Vets for their views. After a few appointments and rounds of medication, the suspected diagnosis was an extreme case of puppy strangles / juvenile cellulitis. Even though Daisy’s chances of survival were very slim, Jo never gave up on her. After many (and long!) months of treatment, Daisy made a miraculous recovery - and it is all thanks to Jo. Daisy is almost 1 year old now, and I am still in disbelief over the fact that she is with us - and I am forever grateful to Jo, as well as the amazing ladies in reception who were so kind and helpful during that heartbreaking time. Yes, Wilbury Vets may be slightly more expensive, but the service is truly premium and there is clearly a lot more expertise than at other, perhaps cheaper, vets. If we had not come to Wilbury Vets, Daisy would truly not be here today. So, thank you to Wilbury Vets for the happiest year of our lives, filled with unconditional love, cuddles and laughter ❤️
