Thank you Pablo for being so thorough, informative and kind. You have a fantastic bedside manner that I rarely see in a GP these days. I am going to arrange a prescription for Cooper and we'll see you in 6 months. Thank you. Michelle amd Cooper Deen

We moved from the vets we had used for years with our other dogs to Beech House when we got our new puppy. We were looking for a more personal service and hoped to see the same vet regularly rather than lots of locums. This was only our second visit to Beech House, and I’ve already been struck by how brilliant everyone is. From the lovely, friendly reception staff to Pablo the vet, quite honestly, the best vet I’ve encountered in 17 years of owning dogs, who explained everything in detail, gave our pup his 6-month check, and asked if there was anything else we needed to know. The whole appointment felt thorough, personal, and completely unrushed. I’m so pleased we made the move to Beech House. When we left, the next round of worming tablets was already waiting for us at reception, and an appointment had been booked for six months’ time for his next check-up. It all felt very well thought out and time-saving, and of course, we can change the appointment later if needed. Top-class service. Thank you.

very friendly and professional local vet practice. All staff are helpful and kind and do their best to help. They obviously love animals, want the best for them, and have extensive professional medical knowledge. A wonderful local community vets that also has the back up of 24 hour care via The New Priory should any emergency occur out of hours.

Had a terrible experience at this vet practice with one of my cats. He needed his bladder unblocked, and what should have been a routine appointment turned into a nightmare when the vet incorrectly placed his catheter, tearing through his urethra into his abdomen. I got a call saying I would need to pick him up and drive him to the Royal Veterinary College in London (no offer to help with transport, thankfully I have a car). He had to stay there for a week and was lucky to have survived, had to pay out £4000 of my own money on top of my insurance being maxed out (original estimate for the catheter was £800). Again, if I hadn't have been able to pay, he would have been put down, no help from Beech House. On top of that, when I complained and asked for a refund of the money I had initially paid Beech House, and to ask them to contribute towards the costs they had inflicted, they shrugged the whole thing off as an unfortunate circumstance, took no responsibility, and did not seem to care at all. Don't take your pets here. Edit to Beech House's reply for clarity - the total cost for my cat's treatment ended up being £6000. Beech House's estimate for the whole procedure, including overnight hospitalisation, was £800. Their error cost £5200 but luckily my cat is still alive.

Always a great, friendly, service from Beech house. I much prefer to visit an independent vet, I think my pets health & welfare are their more their priority than at a chain. I definitely recommend them to all.

Excellent service, clean premises, friendly staff ready with the treats and fusses-- and the dog loved vet Pablo. Thank you so much for helping us with the pet transport stuff at short notice! Really good experience. Shame we can't take you with us!

The lady on the phone was absolutely lovely but £72 per per for each consultation is astronomical. They offer pet club at £36 per month per dog. That would cost me £108 per month and that’s £1296 per year. This doesn’t include medication or pet insurance. I just don’t know how that’s possible. It’s such a shame.

Very good vets, they looked after our dog Billy for about 12yrs. Pablo the vet is very friendly and knowledgable. Always happy to explain any issues in detail. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the whole staff that dealt with Billy on his last day did it in a caring manner.
