Brilliant vets - so caring for both my cats and happy to talk things through with me too when I'm worried about my boys (both in person and on the phone!) Unfortunately I have had a lot of cause for visiting them recently with one of my boys, which is never stress free, but they have been incredible at talking through the options and easy to arrange prescriptions and insurance with.

Just took our cats in for thier first check up appointment at Top Cat having moved from another vet. The team we're all incredibly lovely. I was very impressed by how gentle the vet, we saw (Henry) was. He made our girls very at ease. Big difference to vets we've been to in the past where they have been quite rough with them which has made them quite stressed. Very pleased we made the move. Very much recommend!

Amazing staff from Julie at receptions to the nurses and of course the lovely vet Martin. Was amazing with our cat and even with us. Made us also feel at ease which is such an amazing quality.

I can’t recommend Top Cat vets enough. Martin and all the team there are true cat lovers and are so emotionally invested in the welfare of the pets they take such great care of. We have spent a bit more time there of late as one of our cats was having some scans and diagnostic tests, with us fearing the worst, which was quite stressful for us. But the team were there every step of the way to guide us through the process with good communication and attention to detail. And fortunately this time, with a positive outcome. Thank you again Martin and team for the quality of care, service and overall empathy for the well-being of our cats. We won’t take them anywhere else in Brighton.

We recently brought our cat Grace in for treatment, and I cannot thank the team enough—especially Martin. He was incredibly gentle, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. Grace had swelling in both eyes, and Martin took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure she was comfortable during her visits. Thanks to his care and guidance, her eyes have improved so much, and she’s now back to her happy self. It’s such a relief to see her well again. We are truly grateful for Martin’s professionalism and kindness, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for the very best care for their pets.
