Awful receptionists! Sloppy, dopey, sub-standard and rude. Need SERIOUS training in customer service!!! One receptionist (a young bloke) left me and my pet in one of the examination rooms and never came back! After waiting forever, I emerged from the room to find him sitting back behind the reception desk! I was astounded by how unprofessional this was and how abnormal it was. The mind boggles.I mean, who does that? Another example is, I sent a written complaint in about a receptionist Laura (who's manner was appallingly rude, akin to a stroppy adolescent) via email and received no acknowledgement back from management. No response at all! Now, this leads me to believe that either management chose to ignore it - something they should not do! Or my written complaint was disposed of before it even got to management. Due to extremely poor customer service and unprofessionalism from staff, I do not recommend this vet. My experience here has not been good.

I’ve been bringing my cat to this clinic for about a year, and the vets and staff have always been so kind and friendly. Recently, I had to bring my cat in for an unexpected emergency, and it was a very upsetting experience. The team went above and beyond: keeping me updated, taking wonderful care of my cat, and helping her heal. They even took the time to comfort a very distressed, crying woman (me). I’m truly grateful for their compassion and support. Thank you, I would definitely recommend, especially my vet(Megan)!

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this veterinary clinic — and unfortunately, this is not the first time. I strongly recommend finding a different vet, as this practice has consistently proven unreliable, unprofessional, and unnecessarily expensive. Appointments are rarely punctual, and the vets often leave early, resulting in rushed or inadequate care. My pet’s vaccinations were slightly overdue, and unlike the regular monthly text reminders I receive for inexpensive flea treatments, no reminder was sent for the far more important and costly vaccinations. As a result, I had to pay for an entirely new round of expensive vaccinations. This issue occurred again after paying for two rounds — and once more, no reminder was sent. When I explained the situation to the receptionist, I was met with rudeness, arrogance, and complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the failure to notify me, I was simply blamed. It’s unacceptable that they can send automated texts for low-cost treatments but fail to send reminders for nearly £200 vaccinations. I was promised a call back from the manager to address this issue — which never happened. Despite following up multiple times, I received no resolution and no courtesy call. This clinic demonstrates poor customer service, poor communication, and a clear lack of care for their clients and patients. I’m deeply dissatisfied and will be taking my pet elsewhere.

You can get better value for your pets elsewhere. I know we all get stuck when it comes to consistency for our pets. However, the vets are more worried about sales than your pet. The receptionists have no training in customer service. They are sarcastic, inconsiderate and abusive. I asked to speak to a manager and I was refused.

Companion care vets were so kind and compassionate when we had to put our elderly Labrador to sleep. Frederica the vet was so good at explaining everything to us and she reassured us in every way. She enabled us to feel comfortable with our decision and made the experience much more tolerable. The receptionist was kind and thoughtful too. Thank you so much for all you did.
