  I was subbed to their subscription service, they then charged me anyway claiming they couldn't see me on there. So I paid for services and the subscription service. I went in and proved I was being charged each month for the service and still being charged individually too, they said they would contact head office and sort it out. This happened on 3 occasions. Now a year later they send me demands for more money even though they owe me money and deny any knowledge of this. And to make it worse, they didn't even give my dog the vaccine I asked to be ordered for him. Please do not use this vet

  I recently visited Omar with my dog, and I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment we arrived, he made both of us feel comfortable and welcomed. It’s clear straight away that he truly cares about animals and the people who bring them in. His calm and friendly manner immediately put my dog at ease, which made the whole visit far less stressful than I expected. What really stood out to me was how thorough and attentive he was during the consultation. He took the time to carefully examine my dog, explain what he was checking for, and answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professional knowledge with such a warm and compassionate personality. Omar has a lovely character and a natural way with animals. My dog can sometimes be nervous at the vet, but he handled her so gently and patiently that she relaxed very quickly. You could tell he genuinely enjoys working with animals and wants the best for them. He also explained everything very clearly from the diagnosis to the treatment plan —which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. It’s reassuring to know that your pet is in the hands of someone who is not only highly skilled but also truly kind and caring. Thanks to medivet expertise and care, my dog is now doing much better, and I’m incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a vet who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to helping animals, I would highly recommend Omar. He is an amazing vet and a wonderful person, and I’m so thankful for the care he provided.

  Went for the first time earlier with my sweet 2 month old kitten Bobby for his first vaccination, so happy I chose to go with medivet, such caring staff members and the vet was so lovely, was feeling a bit first time cat mum worried but within 5 mins of being there that feeling had left. Thanks guys! ⭐️

  My kitten just had his first ever vet appointment and I am so happy how it went. Lovely receptionist and the vet was amazing, they were all so nice. Prices are so reasonable too. My appointment was first thing in the morning so it was very quiet in there.

  Always have a great experience at Medivet Brighton! The staff are super helpful - a very friendly receptionist team who have also helped us with general advise over the phone. Yemisi is fantastic with our kitten Ted and makes our appointments easy & enjoyable for us both! Very much recommend to pet owners who are looking for a centrally located vets with a great, friendly team!

  I've been going to Medivet Brighton with my cat Leo for two years and have been met with nothing but care, kindness, excellent advice and a palpable love for animals. Can't recommend enough. He always knows when we have entered the reception and becomes calm - he knows he will be given time and love. Shout out to Yemisi, Leo is always so happy to see you and thank you for all you do for him! 😊
