Brilliant, do not hurry, and take time to listen, and then gently goes down to the dog. Making sure they are comfortable with the handling. Makes a huge difference for everyone. I have been coming here for around 45 years and it's always been excellent. Thank you for what you are doing for me and Tess,at this difficult time.

Kitty had her first vet visit today for a check up. She was good as gold bless her. Super friendly place. It took 2 adults 20mins to get her into the cat basket. But the cat whisperer pictured here had no problems. I reckon it was some kind of cat magic .. Anyway back next week.

My dog needed to be seen after being injured by another dog, I was very quick to be seen, being told to come down straight away, however I was not informed of any of the measures in place at the vets due to Covid-19 before I headed down. My dog can get stressed going to the vets at the best of times but not being able to go into the vets with him made him 10x worse. The vets treated him very quickly bringing him back outside to myself in a timely manner, the vet came out to explain the treatment ect however didn't inform me of how I would be able to pay or a rough indication of how much it may cost. Around 6.30 the same day I received a very abrupt phone call informing me they needed payment immediately asking straight away for my bank info. I explained to the receptionist that I hadn't been informed of how to pay and due to how busy they had been that evening I was going to call the following morning and enquire and apologised, this didn't change her attitude and asked again how I would be paying, she didn't once inform me how much the treatment was prior to asking for my details and didn't really want to tell me when I had asked. I found this very unprofessional and found the bill quite a shock considering the treatment. They may want to make this clearer as not everyone will have been to the vets since these measures have been in place.
