Wish we’d brought Yogi here years ago. From reception to the vet, everybody was so kind, thorough and professional. Yogi had the most detailed check-up he’s ever had and everything was explained clearly. Such a lovely, caring team — so glad we found you.

We had a wonderful experience with this practice and can’t recommend them highly enough, the team were kind, calm, professional and genuinely caring, which made a stressful situation feel so much easier. We were seen at short notice and never felt rushed or judged, just supported and reassured throughout. Thank you so much to everyone for the excellent care and compassion.

My boy Dougal is terrified of the vets and he was due his vacinations. This is always stressful but the vet Maria was so kind and considerate it made it a little less stressful for him. This was greatly appreciated by me and I hope to deal with Maria in the future should the need arise (although I hope not!).

I would strongly recommend Ferring Street vets if you want a compassionate and knowledgeable service for your pets. My cat was very unwell as he came towards the end of his time with us, and the team at both the East Preston branch and Ferring branch showed kindness and care when treating him. They also offered support without judgement when difficult conversations needed to be had. I am forever grateful for the care you showed Neo and myself. Thank you also for sending a personable card following our loss. Ferring Street Vets really care about our pets, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is possibly the worst vet i have ever been to, my reasons for saying this are that the staff are very rude and are there to just get your money where they can. After speaking with them on the phone they hang up simply because I chose the option that didn’t cost the massive amount they were asking for. Aswell as this, they were trying to make me feel bad about the whole situation rather than trying to comfort the situation. We have since been to another vet being much cheaper and the staff much more comforting and helpful. Since going to the new vets my animal has a had a massive turn around and the vets said there was no need to carry out all these other things that ferring vets were trying to pressure me into doing just so I spent the money. do not use this vet they are just there to get your money

More concerned about money generating than what is best for the animal. I was advised to have unnecessary procedure and when I decided through my own knowledge and experience to not to go ahead with their treatment plan, I was met with rudeness and told I was caused animal suffering which was incorrect and when taken to a different vets practice confirmed my actions were correct. The surgery made me feel very pressured and uncomfortable in what was already a very difficult situation.
