From first arriving to leaving it was so friendly. The building is beautiful, easy parking and little cafe close by. All the staff are cheerful and clearly happy in their working environment. A great find, very reasonable which is a welcome surprise. To be fair, all the vets around are lovely and do a great job but Yew Tree is just a cut above, so glad we checked it out.

Visited this practice for the first time with my dog Bruce and the whole experience was flawless. The reception team (we were helped by Andrea) are friendly and very efficient and went above and beyond to help out. The vet, Dr Vasileios was amazing and really took the time to check Bruce out thoroughly. He explained everything clearly and had such a lovely way with him which kept him calm throughout. Hopefully we don't need to visit too often, but we won't mind coming back here when we do. Thank you to the whole team

Hugo ( Fox red lab ) was very nervous going into his appointment. The friendliness and expertise of the staff put him at ease within minutes. The vet checked Hugo over thoroughly and was calm and took his time examining Hugo as not to cause him any distress. In all a great experience on my first visit. Would highly recommend.

A really wonderful vet. Our lurcher needed dental treatment and they have been excellent. What really sets them apart from other vets we’ve used is the welcome and friendliness from reception.

I chose to use these vets against my registered vet because we didn’t feel like our cat had really had much attention paid to his dental health and suddenly they said he needed a huge dental which was going to cost almost £1000! I contacted Yew Tree vets through recommendations from a friend and they were fantastic. Catherine organised all of the details to be sent over from my vets, quoted the same procedure and arranged the appointments best suited for us. When we took my cat in to meet Lizzie, the vet who would carry out the work, she assured me that she would do what she could to save teeth that could be saved and clearly explained the issues. The post op call from the vet was prompt and informative and she was pleased he didn’t need as many teeth to be removed, or such a huge procedure as quoted by my original vet. She also explained how I can help him going forward too. I was so grateful to be able to use Yew Tree vets and all of their staff were very friendly and helpful, Rebekah added a special touch for my little kitty too, to help him get home comfortably. The procedure also cost a lot less than quoted because he didn’t need so much work too which really helped when looking at how much big chain vets are quoting! I would recommend this team to anyone!

Yew Tree Veterinary Centre truly deserves recognition. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by Andrea, who is warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — she instantly puts both owners and pets at ease. Lizzie Robinson is, in my opinion, one of the best vets I’ve ever come across. Her knowledge, compassion for animals, and personable manner are second to none. An outstanding practice — professional, caring, and exactly what you hope for when trusting someone with your animals.

Took our little pups in for their first vet visit today and the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. When booking over the phone it was answered quickly by a friendly receptionist who answered all my questions no problems. When we went to the appointment the reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the vet himself and the assistant were really gentle when dealing with our little bunch, I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for the best care for their loved pets.

We attended Yew Tree Vetinary Centre with a poorly nine week old kitten for the first time this week. We were surprised and happy to find that the vet treating our kitten is a vet that we have seen before in a different surgery a few years ago. We liked him then and we very much appreciate finding him again, thanks Roger! Everyone at the surgery we have spoken to is very friendly and helpful. They helped us choose a course of treatment that we can afford and ir has helped our kitten greatly, he's not out of the woods yet but is showing signs of improvement. We are very happy with the care provided to him.
