Unlimited health check. Helth check is include on your membership if your pet is OK. As soon as your pet have issues they start charging your for consultstion. Tbh they doing everything to charge you for consultation. If pet is not cause any issues what a point to do health checks?! Absolutely Ridiculous way of scratch customers from money on every single step. Time to look for change.

Compassionate, kind and professional throughout our very difficult visit. Helped our loved one stay in comfort during his cross over the bridge, and made sure every step was explained and our choices respected, giving us comfort and reassurance throughout. What a great vets. So welcoming and friendly. Really empathetic and couldn't do enough for us. I have both my cats registered here and I feel they're very safe here. I would highly recommend this practice.

The vet and nursing staff are always very kind and empathetic, I have found their compassion and empathy exceptional. Everything was clearly explained to me and the examination was very thorough. The vet also created a wonderful rapport with my dog. Thank you Grove Lodge.
