Not sure yet, reception are lovely but concerned about my cat, gave him a flea treatment he had a big allergic reaction to, lost loads of his fur so took him in and they said it was a flea allergy, so took the flea tablets and nothing changed, so took back again and it’s a food allergy, again nothing changed so took him back again and it’s just the season and don’t seem to want to listen to the main reason I took him in with! Still losing his fur, still has bald patches over him with some nasty cuts and swelling! But will try another vet to see what they say as I just can’t drop the fact this all started with a drop flea treatment and was chunky and full of fur prior to that, and not post flea treatment it’s food or fleas and both times checked for fleas and not one on him! So no better off and hundreds of pounds spend and I’m still not satisfied with the outcome

Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. The nurse we saw this time for a health check up was great with our dog and gave helpful advise.

I cannot recommend Louise highly enough. Throughout our beloved cat Missy’s life, she was treated with such genuine kindness, respect and care. Louise consistently went above and beyond to ensure we fully understood everything, always taking the time to explain options and support us in making the best decisions. Even after we moved away from the area, we continued to travel—sometimes for up to an hour—just to see Louise and the rest of the wonderful team at the practice, which speaks volumes about the level of care they provide. After many happy years, Missy sadly passed away. Although her final arrangements were handled at another local veterinary surgery, Louise and the team still took the time to send separate handwritten condolence cards, along with beautiful seeds to plant in Missy’s memory. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture, and one we will never forget.
