Seen the same day, lovely man saw Betty, can't remember his name!! Very caring and was so kind and gentle. Instantly recognised what was going on. Very thorough, lovely manner and I would always ask for this vet!

Such good vets. I went to the broad field roundabout setting. Appointment was offered in double quick time once I had emailed the problem. My dog was fussed by the receptionist and the vet! The vet was excellent.

I took my very sick dog to grove lodge vets now as an evening referral from my own vets who don’t have after hours care. The lady vet was really nice. The pricing was clear. Very odd working with two different practices and different vets in same building. My dog was there a few days and was so much better when I collected him. However I had to return him the very next day with a temperature of over 40. He’s improving but not better. The vet said how can I help you when I’d explained why he needed to be seen on the phone. I had to ask for her to check his heart as I was informed he had developed an arrhythmia. I was surprised he was sent home so poorly. I would certainly use them again for hospital care as it was excellent and helped save my dogs life although early days just yet

Was able to explain any concerns I had and everything was explained to me clearly by the vet. All information on treatment and costs was explained so no hidden surprises, thank you.

Grove Lodge has been incredible with my reactive dog. The team are patient and kind and have built trust with my dog to a point that he enjoys coming for visits now instead of being terrified of them.

I cannot thank the staff here enough for how kind and professional they were at every interaction. Our absolutely treasured elderly cat started showing signs of illness last month and they were so informative and quick to help us. Unfortunately it was time to say goodbye to Jo but even during that extremely painful appointment the staff were kind and empathetic, talking us through what would happen and giving us all the time we needed. We also can't thank you enough for how you've treated us after, it's meant a lot to us. Thank you to Carlos for your considerate and patient treatment of Jo the last few weeks and keeping us informed of all our options, thank you Pedro for being there for us when Jos time came, thank you to the lovely nurse who kissed her nose and tried to keep her calm while we did a blood test (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) and thank you to every person we've interacted with for your sensitivity and professionalism. It was something we never wanted to go through but I'm glad it was with your practice. Couldn't recommend the team here enough. Thank you for looking after our girl

My cat Cosmo was sadly killed by a car. These people saw my boy in astonishing time, he got better treatment then I have by the nhs. I’m glad my boy spent his last couple hours with such inspiring and dedicated staff. Thank you grove lodge 🫶

I found an injured owl early in the morning, most vets were closed. Grove lodge took in the owl, they were very friendly and even updated me later in the day as to how the owl was doing. Really impressed by their service.
