Companion Care - Ashford

After Holly (a caring, thorough and compassionate vet) discovered my young dog to have heart failure, the whole team at companion care Ashford have been fantastic. The other vets I have seen and front of house team are always friendly, smiley and happy to see Bella, they have made her diagnosis and care much easier for me to manage and Holly’s early discovery will no doubt extend the shorter time I have left with my beautiful dog. Thank you!

I can not praise the whole team enough for the care of not just my elderly cat Tommy who we had to have put to sleep but to the care of my self and my daughter at a very sad time. Right the way through they were lovely. The vet took great care of Tommy and one of the reception team sat and comforted my daughter the whole time as she couldn't bring herself to stay in the room at that time. Thank you all so much you're amazing.

A massive thank you to the whole team — from the moment we called, to walking through the doors, we felt genuinely cared for and looked after, and so did our puppy! Having previously had a terrible experience with another veterinary practice, we were quite nervous. But the difference here was night and day. The receptionist on the phone was kind and helpful, the ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming, and the vet we saw was absolutely AMAZING — so knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly passionate about what they do. We left feeling reassured, supported, and incredibly grateful. Thank you again for making such a stressful time feel manageable and for treating our puppy like one of your own. Highly recommended!

Would Love to Thank Vet Catherine Williams and Nurse Jess Button for their care and professional help whilst caring for Morwenna, when she had her Spay op yesterday. right from ADMIT to Discharge they kept me at ease and updated and kept me up to date when Morwenna woke up from the Op. She's doing very well thank our lucky stars and seems to be healing very nicely 😊 I Recommend Companion Care at Pets at Home if anyone needs a kind team who would truly look after their pet who kindness and compassion.

Easy access to appointments and fully staffed with vets , nurses and receptionists who are very friendly, kind and professional. A good first visit for me and my two senior rescue dogs .
